"Very disappointed in the hotel. Number one was the rate charged. Way too expensive for the hotel and we felt like we were gouged on the rate. The following weekend the rates were half of what we paid. Did they jack the rates up because of the softball tourney in town? The hotel was outdated. There was supposed to be a restaurant there, the signs were on the door and the neon sign was lit. The staff said it had been closed since March. The outside of the hotel, stairs and grounds, were very dirty and unkept. The breakfast was not good at all and the choices were limited. Coffee was lukewarm and the water for the oatmeal was also lukewarm. The eggs tasted terrible. The amenities in the room lacked. I packet of coffee for two people was all that was in the room. There was not a no disturb sign to put out and no instructions for the TV. Some people in our group had their rooms entered on Saturday and could not get back in them, had to go get their keys reprogrammed. This hotel was not up to the quality of most hotels I have booked through Hotels.com. I am pretty sure I will not book this hotel for another stay."
