"The hotel is very nice. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Only complaint was the front desk guy told us that it was only a 10min walk to M&T bank stadium, when it was closer to 30 minutes. Also, I tried for weeks to get in touch with the front desk before my stay to answer a question and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone."
