"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks."

"There were 4 adults in our group and it was very nice that we all had our own room. We felt safe here with the secure location. The instructions to enter and leave the property were very good and easy to follow. David was very responsive to any questions that I had. We all had a nice and comfortable stay."

"This is a dormitory. It is a very spacious, well-priced, and close to the centre, but has some inconveniences you wouldn't expect if staying in an apartment, as it is advertised. Some of our challenges: the listing shows a washer. But the washer is not in the space, and you have to buy tokens during office hours. We arrived at 5pm Friday and were out of luck. To use the shower you have to sit on the floor. The heat is constantly on, so you have to manage that to get a comfortable temperature."

"This apartment was a perfect "home base" for our trip to Limerick. The location was convenient for all that we wanted to do and the apartment was well appointed. We very much appreciated the host's flexibility with an early check in as we had a very long travel day (overnight) prior to arrival. Thank you for an excellent stay! "
