"Impossible de joindre l’hôte. Appels chez abritel la veille qui a su joindre l’hôte. Je devais recevoir un mail avec instructions le jour de l’arrivée 1h avant check-un cad 16h. Superstressant sur la route de ne rien avoir. À 17h30, après plusieurs appels chez abritel, l’hôte a envoyé les codes. Honteux. Appartement sous équipé en éclairage : salle de bain 1 spot sur 3 au dessus de l’évier, bain mais douche impossible (dans l’obscurité), cuisine/salon avec un spot de jardin au dessus des taques,...

"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds.
