But, I booked an outdoor cabin and received a dark room in the main hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before booked through a local guide group and my room was fine - but this time I was most disappointed. Booking directly from a third source is often a problem I have found. The room I 'think' I have booked is not what is given to me upon arrival and then the story is "there are no more rooms" or "you misunderstood" or "no no that's not the parking lot, it is the beach .."
