We enjoyed the property, proximity to the beach, and restaurant meal. We enjoyed the sauna centre, but found the front desk staff (for the sauna centre) to be rude. We otherwise enjoyed the peace and serenity if the sauna centre.

Great stay

Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)

The worst stay

I was there for. Wedding and the staff was very rude to both of us. I will never stay there and I have told all my friends to not stay at that place. We had a terrible experience. I have many friends that live there in Estonia.

Basic. No more.

Nice 10 mins walk to the center. A bit aside from the beach. Long corridors connecting different buildings. Basic rooms, in need of a more throughout cleaning. On arrival found some water still left under the radiator presumably from the previous quest drying their swimsuits. No decent air conditioning.

Strange breakfast buffet rules

Everything was more or less nice, but I need to say that it was first time in my life when I was staying at the hotel where breakfast closed exactly 10.30 on a sunday. I came there 10.20 and thought that I will be able just to sit down and relax a while after a procedure, but couple of minutes before closing there came angry lady that asked us to leave and brought a box hinting that we need to move breakfast from the plates to the plastic box (she did not talk english). She stood from a distance looking angry at us like we were criminals. I kind of got to understand that there are very strict rules … but the fact is that it spoiled my sunday a lot - you feel kind of kicked out even if you have not done nothing wrong. If you have such a strict rules that i have to leave 10.30 exactly then you should write it somewhere or at least inform with check-in. Nowhere i Europe in any breakfast buffets i’ve seen anything similar… I think you know by working in this branch what factors can spoil the common experience. It was not so nice to feel like an idiot.

Kuu ravintolan liharuoka tasoltaan kelvotonta

Hotellin Kuu ravintolan ruokien taso oli muuten hyvä, mutta yhden pääruuista, naudan sisäfile, liha oli täysin kelvotonta. Keitetty ennen paistamista ja ei ollut kyseistä ruhon osaa. Siitä iso miinus ravintolalle.

Ganska slitet med stora hela väldigt bra. Frukosten var helt okej men hade kunnat haft fler hälsosamma alternativ och mindre halvfabrikat. Lätt att ta sig fram och göra sig förstådd. Dålig wifisignal på rummen. Endast wifi i receptionsbyggnaden.

Varma dagar. Rummet hade tyvärr ingen AC det är bara vissa premium rum som har det. Ingen hårtork men det kund man tydligen låna i receptionen. Trädgården skulle kunna ha mer växter och fler solstolar. Spat var bra med många bra bastur men poolen var trasig sista dagen. Gymmet stort och bra. Frukostbuffén hade ok med val men lite konstiga pålägg.

Hyvä perushotelli. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin kuumana aikana. Aamupalan toimivuus oli huono. Kahvikoneet eivät toimineet kunnolla yhtenäkään aamuna ja jonot olivat melkoiset. Astioiden omatoiminen palautus aamiaisella ei nostanut lomatunnelmaa. Henkilökunnan asenne asiallinen, ei mitenkään ystävällinen.
