"The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

"The property itself felt quite old and dated. I had difficulty receiving the keys, and the late check-in combined with the early check-out was inconvenient. The internet did not work during my stay, and the furniture was both outdated and insufficient for a two-bedroom apartment. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations."

"Apartment was in a great location for access to Southbank & the city. Whilst the apartment is very comfortable & tidy we felt that it did need a thorough clean. Bathrooms a little mouldy, oven trays dirty, glasswear not clean & balcony dirty. After a good clean there would be nothing at all to complain about. During our stay the front foyer had a terrible smell which we think was due to the carpet being steam cleaned ?? Overall we would recommend to others. Tony was very polte & helpful :)"
