"This hotel was a lifesaver. Was assisted by overnight staff Kim, who was extremely helpful to get us to stay here after bad service from prior hotel experience.Ended up staying at this property for one week. The staff were kind and friendly quit to bring resolution to any problems. The property was extremely clean and it felt safe. Property set up with suggestions of things to do nearby with shuttle service, quick and easy to access the expressways and local food spots would definitely stay here again. The Sonesta did not disappoint."

"Upon entering the hotel, it was dirty outside. The foyer was dirty as well. The rooms had food and leftover crumbs on the sheets. There was no blanket, and the elevator was leaking fluid. Hotel rated good on Expedia, but that was not our experience. Also, when it came to charging us for the room, they charged us for the room, even though we were only for 15 minutes to look over the room beforehand. overall experience quite janky. I would not recommend."

"It was fairly easy to get a parking spot, especially if you got there early in the evening. Check-in was easy, staff efficient and friendly. Our room was wonderful and exactly what we needed since we always have to travel with food and snacks. Comfortable bed, plenty of places for charging devices, nice bathroom. While not a huge amount of options for breakfast, all the standard fare was there and was very good - eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, cereals, yogurt, bagels, muffins, waffles, fruits, milk/juice/coffee. Easy checkout. I was also expecting the noise from the airport to be pretty loud, and honestly, it wasn't bad at all. I would definitely stay here again if in the same area."

"We only stayed one night, but it would have been wonderful to stay longer. Everything was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The screened in deck areas were lovely and I enjoyed listening to the birds early in the morning. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided in case you forgot to pack it...as well as cotton balls and Qtips.The check out process was very easy and quick, which is so nice when you are heading out on a long drive home.We would definitely stay here again."

"The property was clean and modern. The staff was fantastic and helpful. The parking was free and an open parking lot for self parking. Many restaurants and airport nearby. The room was comfortable and clean!! I recommend this to all looking for a nice place to stay. "
