Très décevant pratiquement aucun service de nettoyage de chambre.. la chambre étais à l’extérieur pour y parvenir nous devions prendre l’ascenseur extérieur qui prenais un éternité avant d’arrivée.. et le déjeuner ont dirai que les seuls choix étais du pain .. pas très nourrissent Mais sinon la piscine et la vue étais belle.

The staff are not friendly and professional, with bad customer service. My check-in rooms are difficult to find, and the designs of the rooms and locating the room is very poor and do not match what they advertise. The food is very expensive and limited. We had a problem at the Venetian restaurant with overcharges that were not charged correctly
