Super clean, cute, comfortable.Has every comfort of home, well appointed, even left welcoming lights on for our arrival. Nice river access, very peaceful and relaxing. A definite 5 star North Woods Retreat.
Great stay! Pictures do not do this place justice. Loved being able to walk out to the lake and have the dog with. All of the extra amenities and special touches are so thoughtful! Highly recommend this little gem.
I stayed with my parents and our dog. The house was perfect for us. Very clean and well located in a quiet place. Birds, deers (and mosquitoes) were our neighbors. Park Falls had all the places you need for groceries, gas and restaurant. The North of Wisconsin is beautiful!
Beautiful location with knowledgeable and friendly hosts. House is older with no ac and only a bathtub but hosts provided many perks and amenities that outweigh that. We spent most out times outdoor enjoying the water and view. Love that out dog could come and be a full family vacation. Will come back again!
The property was very clean, and in a quiet location with a nice view of river. The owners have done a great job of making it feel warm and homey. The only small concerns I would point out, there is a road between the house and fire pit by the river which lies below a bit of a hill, and traffic travels by at quite a fast speed so proceed with caution when crossing the road with a child or pet. Also, there are rather steep steps and an incline from the driveway to the doors so carrying anything heavy is a bit of a chore and would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. If neither of these things are a concern for you, I would highly recommend staying here.
It was warm and comfortable
Most convinces were there except only 2 soup bowls
We never found a dishpan.
The TV with cable was difficult for us to work
We needed some younger person . To figure it out
The beds were comfortable
The property, though older, has been well maintained and was spotless. There was plenty of space, and the view out the huge picture window over the water was spectacular. Communication with the host was great, and Michelle was so kind, especially when we couldn't get the door opened the first time. Other than coffee and wine, kitchen amenities are limited, but we had everything we needed to make simple meals. I have never seen so many bath amenities in my life. I enjoyed two soaks in the tub. My husband loved fishing off the dock and managed to catch several. We loved the little paddle boat. How much fun! And it was dog friendly, which made it perfect for us. Would love to come back some day.
Second time renting this home. It’s a great place. You can’t beat the location, River is right across the street. Bald eagles, ducks and geese were all regularly flying by. Even caught a few fish. I look for to returning again.
We have never had hosts as wonderful as this couple! They are amazing people and cared about us being happy and well taken care of the whole entire stay! We will be back!!!
We had a perfect end of summer getaway. The house was well appointed and clean. Room for everyone and gorgeous lakeside area to relax. The dock was big enough for our boat and the extra paddle boat was fun for the boys to fish from while we were busy making dinner.Hosts were wonderful! They were quick to respond and wven shared a couple fishing spots with us. Thanks so much for sharing your home!
We would come back again. Perfect location on the river. Caught a large mouth bass off the dock. Eagle nest across the river.

Beautiful view of the river from the dock. A road separates the property from the river. Water smells like eggs. Good kayaking, fishing, and views. House has all basic cooking utensils. Very much worth the price.
Came in to town to visit family for Flambeau Rama. This was a great spot to stay. It was actually nicer than the pictures, which normally isn't the case. It was so cool to wake up and hear the loons on the lake. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pedal boat and kayak on the lake. Would definitely stay here again.
Great stay, all we had to do was bring food and gear. Its way northern wisconsin, so weather wasnt conducive to much, cold, rain, wind.It is what it so you have to be flexible and make do
