The Bakery is wonderful but the cafe, I will call it needs much improvement. I have stayed in the hotel area several times before moving here & it was wonderful. Know u are updating the Villa areas & like the new carpet. More up to date. The alarm system goes off easily & does become frustrating. First time I rented 3088 which I love, it went off I believe it was 3 times & this time twice. All & all I love 3088 & the people that make it worthwhile, Kyle, Petra & Jim. The resort is in a great location and we will stay again. Midway vacation rentals make everything easy from check in to area info. Kyle and his team were very responsive and demonstrated a level of customer service I rarely see. Due to miscommunication on my part there were questions about the reservation be cancelled, Kyle responded assisted in addressing the miscommunication. The place is what we expected. The TV's are huge, the kitchen had everything we need, and the room looks over the pool. The Zermatt is very nice and has a great wellness center. It was a great location for us. The electronic key locked us out on the last day prior to check out time. It was a little hard to solve that issue through the call center. Other than that, everything went well.
