Centrally located in Park Meadows neighborhood to historic Main Street or to the ski resorts – Park City Mountain and Deer Valley Resort – for world class skiing, outstanding dining, shopping and nightlife. Perfect for a family reunion or corporate retreat, this gorgeous 4 bedroom with loft has plenty of upgrades all will enjoy. The main bedroom features a King bed, full private bath, a large walk-in closet, cozy wood burning fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with DVD and stereo; as well as access to the outdoor deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed with advanced notice, and its own private bath. The fourth bedroom is on the upper level and features a king bed, a full bath a flat screen TV and iPod docking station. The comfy loft area has a large flat screen TV with DVD and provides additional sleeping space with a day bed plus trundle, as well as a sofa sleeper. There's a convenient small kitchen area in the loft as well. Enjoy cooking for family and friends in the new state-of-the-art, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The large dining room table has seating for 10, plus there's a breakfast bar seating 4\. The large living room features comfortable leather sofas, two lounge chairs, a cozy gas fireplace and two large flat screen TVs with DVD. And there are stunning views of Park City right outside the expansive windows. Other amenities include free wi-fi, surround sound speaker system throughout house, washer/dryer, garage parking for two cars, and large outdoor deck with BBQ grill.
