You will find that the location is serene and quite, yet just minutes from both Park City and Heber City. This property is a great choice for any time of the year. This three-level townhome has been recently remodeled and offers 3,500 square feet. You will find four bedrooms, four bathrooms and plenty of space to sleep up to 12 guests. Entering the home through main level front door, you will step right into the property's spacious great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area, with new furnishings throughout. Living Room: Featuring a new sectional sofa, 55” HD TV (with Dish satellite service), a warm and cozy gas fireplace and access to the covered deck where you can take in the surrounding views. My only gripe was the lack of cleaning and bathroom items. Hardly any toilet paper, no dish towels, no detergent or dish soap (although there were jars that were supposed to have both). We had to buyout own. Could be because we showed up shortly after check-in opened and the cleaning crew just getting out, so they may have not had time to restock.
