L hote a annulé notre réservation 2h avant notre arrivée. Nous étions dans le TGV , il n'a jamais répondu. Nous sommes arrivés sur Paris à 19h30 sans logement, il a fallu trouver un hôtel en urgence. Inacceptable. Réservation faite depuis octobre..... franchement je suis extrêmement déçu
