Nice accessible location

Pros: location. location. location. Reasonable staff -- gave us extra water bottles for free.
Cons: I booked a room with twin beds but on my 1st night, I didn't get that. I was transferred to a different room the next day.
Location: Montparnasse station, 2 other metro stations. It was fairly easy to skate towards the Seine river.
I booked this hotel to do the Pari roller Friday night skate. It was very close to the starting point of the group skate. There are also several Metro stations nearby within walking distance. Another plus is the convenient Le-Bus direct transportation to the CDG airport.

Je connais la rue de la gaité depuis 50 ans c'est pourquoi j'ai choisi un hôtel dans cette rue pour la proximité des théâtres , des restaurants et de la gare Montparnasse. Juste une petite remarque le personnel très professionnel sauf la personne de service le samedi 19 et le dimanche 20 .11 au soir à la réception à la limite de la politesse.Pour les autres rien à dire très sympathiques.

Good room, deplorable service

Pros: Good sized rooms (for Paris), nice washrooms. Good decor of rooms.
Cons: Got off to a rough start as Expedia rebooked us using a different name and hotel couldn't find our booking. Management and reception resolved amicably. Last night's stay absolutely ruined the otherwise good for us. Last night for us was Friday Oct 21, and whomever was handling reception on the evening shift had total disregard for customer service. We and all other patrons were locked out of the hotel when we stepped out briefly, took 10+ minutes of bell ringing for someone to let us back in, then key wasn't working for our room and had to come back down. Another 10 minutes ensued trying to raise receptionist who again disappeared and we were visibly frustrated. Receptionist gentleman emerged and commenced by antagonizing us (along the lines of "oh you're annoyed? well it's my lunch break I need to eat") and was incredibly abrasive and obviously himself flustered at for a second time being summoned. His demeanour and total disregard for the lengthy delays imposed on paying customers of the establishment ruined our perception of the hotel. I understand and appreciate employee needs for breaks, but the hotel needs to remedy how this is handled to avoid locking out patrons from hotel and room. Hotel really needs to install key system outside to allow unattended access by patrons when receptionist is on break. I would not return unless it was confirmed provisions were put in place to prevent this, and the employee reprimanded for his behaviour.
Location: Paris Catacombs are a few blocks (easily walkable) away as is the Montparnasse station.

La atención fue muy amable. Tanto la entrada como la salida fueron muy rápidas. La ubicación es excelente, aunque no se utilice la terminal de Montparnasse

Hotel bien placé pour ransports en commun.

Quand on réserve une chambre pour 2 personnes on ne devrait pas trouver 2 lits simples l'un à côté de l'autre mais un lit double ou alors être prévenus. Nous n'avons pas été réveillés le matin comme demandé le soir avant de monter.
