Worked well for our few days in Paris

Great clean place with friendly owners who were very responsive. The area is under alot of construction near the river and the gated neighborhood is quite. Good place if you can walk 10-20 min to Bondy downtown are nearby or take ubers or public transport around the city.

Great host and house on outskirts of Paris

Updated house less than an hour from Paris (only 6 miles but takes 45 mins). Well stocked kitchen, nice yard, plenty of space for our family of 7. Close to public transport, groceries and cafes. Host are amazing! They go above and beyond to help you, outstanding communication, arranged our transport to train station, very responsive hosts!

Yasmin was an excellent and considerate host who looks after the property very well. It is a little far from the centre but she advised us which public transport to use and how to access it, and we were able to visit all the sights. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a party of 5 adults and teens. Thank you.

Very cozy and well located house, just north of Paris

Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. In addition it is located very close to few mini markets, and bakery, and at walking distance we found a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. The property manager was always on top, pending about our confort, checking that all things required were in order, and be ready to fix any detail as required. Totally recommended!!!

First Time in Europe

The property is in a gated neighbourhood, that was not suitable for our family. We ordered Uber eats, this was not delivered, the driver said he left it at the main gate. Also the Taxi we ordered for the airport, couldn't find the located. Thankfully owner's son went to look for the taxi, we were very grateful for his help. The owners were very accommodating and nice. We received a lovely cake as a gift. However, I don't think the bed linen were fresh and the baths have mould in them. I asked for a mop to wipe the floor, they didn't have one. I was given a broom and a piece of cloth which I used to wipe the floor, it was dirty. I think if they do some proper cleaning and ensure that the towels, linen are freshly washed, then it will be a nice place to stay. The washing machine advertised couldn't be used, it had mould.

Eigentlich OK

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sauberes, geräumiges und schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Abends sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist aber weniger schön. Sicher durch eine elektronische Sicherheitsumzäunung des ganzen Wohngebietes, aber die Umgebung teilweise unsauber und sozialer Brennpunkt. Bis zur Innenstadt von Paris sind es gut 1 Stunde. Das Haus könnte eine Klimaanlage gebrauchen, es war im Sommer sehr heiß. Bei offenem Fenster kamen die Mücken. Die kleine Rasenfläche hätte vorher gemäht werden können.

Kleines, feines Ferienhäuschen

Ein voll ausgestattetes Häuschen mit liebevollen Details und Willkommensgruß bestehend aus Getränken und Keksen erwartete uns. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und die Terrasse mit kleinen Rasenstück lädt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in Paris ein. Der Bus vor der Wohnanlage bringt einen zu einer Metrostation, von der aus man alle Orte in Paris erreichen kann. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Yasmina und ihr Mann sind sehr nett. Bei Fragen helfen die immer einem. Die Wohnung ist nicht in der besten Gegend aber schön sauber. Wir haben uns da sicher gefühlt. Ins Zentrum kommt man mit dem Bus und der Bahn. Fahrzeit ist ca 1 Stunde.

Raumwunder für Kurztrip nach Paris

Wir haben das Haus für unseren Paristrip bewusst etwas ausserhalb gebucht. Das Zentrum ist unkompliziert mit Bus und Metro zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit vier Schlafzimmer und drei Bädern für 5 Personen perfekt. Danke an Yasmina für die Unkomplizierte Buchung und die liebevolle Betreuung vor Ort

Eignet sich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Es ist ein gepflegtes Ferienhaus, welches leider in einer weniger schönen Umgebung liegt. Es gibt eine gute Verbindung zur Pariser Innenstadt. Die Vermieterin des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert.

Tolle Ruhe-Oase nach einer schönen, aber anstrengenden Stadtbesichtigung.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage mi 7 Personen in dem Ferienhaus genossen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen einem bei Problemen stets zur Verfügung. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 100m von der Wohnung entfernt. Nach einer kurzen Fahrt gelangt man zur Endstation der Metro M5 und kann von dort alle Ziele der Stadt erreichen.

DÉPLORABLE

La propriétaire nous a très mal accueillies. Elle a fait preuve de discrimination à notre égard sous prétexte que nous étions des « jeunes » femmes d’origine maghrébine. Arrivées sur place elle nous informe ne pas être en confiance, sans aucune raison valable à peine elle nous a vu qu’elle a voulu annuler. Elle était prête à nous laisser sans toit pour la nuit alors que nous venions de loin !!! Elle a appelé la police pour je ne sais quelle raison pendant que j’étais partie faire des courses et s’est introduite à 2 reprises dans l’appartement sans en informer les femmes qui étaient dans l’appartement à ce moment là. Après avoir essayé de dialoguer avec elle, elle nous a dit qu’elle était « arabe comme nous » alors que nos origines n’avaient rien à faire là. Nous sommes françaises avant tout et nous n’avons jamais rencontré ce type de désagrément auparavant. J’ai exigé un remboursement total avant de quitter les lieux . Elle nous a même pressées pour nous mettre à la porte en nous disant qu’on lui faisait « perdre du temps ». Je vais contacter abritel pour leur faire part de cette personne désagréable et limite raciste sur les bords et faisant preuve de discrimination à notre égard.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Very clean and Yasmina is a great hostess. Special thanks for the birthday cake for our daughter, that was so kind! If we are going to Disneyland again, we will come back!

Guter Startpunkt zum Sight Seeing in Paris

Das Appartment ist so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet, die Zimmer sind sauber und die Vermieter sind nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartment befindet sich in einem eingezäunten Gelände und man fühlt sich dort sicher. Die Umgebung außerhalb des Geländes ist allerdings nicht wirlich sehenswert. Der Bus fährt unmittelbar neben dem Gelände los und auch die Straßenbahn ist zu Fuß nach etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Fahrt nach Paris dauert etwa 30 - 45 Minuten bis zum Gare du Nord.
