Hot water only works for a few minutes at a time, if at all, so it was difficult to take a shower. Also, a moldy odor was present in the second bedroom. Otherwise, the apartment is lovely with comfortable beds and perfectly located.

We arrived to a broken heat radiator that made the rental even hotter than it was outside - it was 90 degrees. That was repaired shortly after our arrival, only to learn afterwards that the rental had no hot water. We went the entire visit without hot water. We made multiple calls into the customer service desk only to be told they have advise maintenance. There was limited communication on when maintenance would arrive. Even after the arrival of maintenance, no one called us to inform us that the issue was NOT resolved. The whole experience was highly disappointing. Very little effort was made to address our concerns.
