Location was wonderful near restaurants and Galleries Lafayette… Service was awesome as well, when we requested that sofa bed was not comfortable, they courteously and promptly brought in another bed and we were able to enjoy Paris!

Awesome location - very close to 2 METRO stops including the St. Lazare with lots of connections. As a result, lots of other amenities within a very short walk. Apartment was larger than it appeared in photos and bathroom was excellent. The electronic lock system was frustrating - recommend making it fully electronically accessible right from the start of check-in. Apartment needs dish towels etc (hard to clean ones dishes as they are used). I would also suggest having a couple of BRANDED umbrellas in the apartment that can be used during one's stay. Overall very happy and would return to this or other Sweet Inns in a heartbeat.

Sweet Inn Milan V apt was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids). Each kid had bed. Only 1 bathroom/shower, but we just staggered its use. Staff was very attentive as had a luggage hiccup on day #1. Near a few metro stations, so easy to trasport around Paris (though not in 'tourist' zone itself). Tons of local small cafes to eat within walking distance. Safe area. Very enjoyable.

The property is spacious and clean. Easy to locate as it is not far from the metro station. Also, not far from the main sites in Paris. The staff were ready to get in touch and resolved any queries we had. Just make sure you have a phone with network in it. What they could improve on is the amenities that were provided. We were 6 of us, but mostly there was stuff for just 2-3 people, for ex, the toiletries were not enough for 6 people, less blankets and bedsheet for the sofabed. Otherwise no complains at all.

Poor sound proof- lots of noise heard from neighbors, even at midnight & early morning. Sofabed not userfriendly-not easy to open when you are tired and ready want to sleep. The apartment without lobby, without staff- we could not enter the premise when we arrive early, have to wait at roadside in cold weather. If we arrive late, staff have to wait for us in cold weather.

Walking distance to Metro station.
Nice and comfy 3 bedroom apartment. Spent 5 days with family here and kids really enjoyed it. The staff was very attentive. Would come back to this property.
