Great location. We had a room with a small balcony with a great view of the arc de triumph. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was well maintained and very clean. We’d definitely recommend and return.

The staff are just lovely; the room was absolutely gorgeous and big. Truly one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t want to leave. The view of the arc de triomphe at dawn from my balcony was special. And the iconic French breakfast with café au lait was delivered promptly and nicely set out.

This hotel is the best I love how clean our room was and the staff more then perfect very knowledgeable and attentive to guests ,y room was clean daily with towel and bedding changed daily my husband and I had the best sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel the view is amazing and so close to major attractions. Love this place would effectively be back

The hotel is walking distance to Arc De Triomphe. The staff was helpful in many ways they could, and I felt at home staying in this hotel. The room and bedding was also comfortable. Breakfast-wise, they serve bacon so I am all good with that. One thing to take note about the rooms is that you can’t lock the door from the inside, which I think is important for safety and for privacy. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel, and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Paris.

My overall stay was pleasant. The staff is friendly and courteous. My only issue with the property is that they advertised “courtyard view” but my view was of a wall. That’s a bit misleading.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were small, but not by Paris standards. Sheets were fresh and crisp and the bathroom modern. The room was in good condition, and we had a sweet little balcony with table and chairs.

Not worth it
This hotel claims to be 4 star , I don’t think if it is worth 2 ! 3 major issues- 1) the entery of the hotel is staris with no elevtor which makes it hard with baggage and there is no one outside to help . 2) the room keys is still keys !! They asked you to leave it in the reception every time you go outside , the doors are so old you have to put an extra effort to open it ! 3) the cleaning lady just makes the bed she doesn’t really clean anything , the carpet and bathroom weren’t really clean ! My advice if you are not taking the room with the view just switch to a cheaper hotel , this hotel is about the view , the classic not with a balcony room are very small, their view is a wall .

Splendid Paris
This is a great location in Paris, just steps from food and a Metro station. The staff was amazing. The concierge service was outstanding. They certainly helped making our first time trip to Paris a success.

Perfect stay
The hotel is amazing. The staff is wonderful, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast offered many options, bar was well stocked, and location was perfect. Highly recommend when staying in Paris. My family and I have zero complaints about this hotel. There are shops and restaurants conveniently located near the hotel. We will absolutely stay here again.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a warm, professional and welcoming front desk staff! We were very tired from our flight and to our surprise we were offered croissants and cappuccinos while waiting to leave our luggage since we arrived prior to check in. It was kind gesture and we really appreciated it. To our surprise our room was ready and we able to unwind and rest before heading out to explore. The room was immaculate, spacious and had a breathtaking view of the Arc and Eiffel Tower! The hotel is located near bistros, transportation and shopping. This was our first trip to Paris and we absolutely loved our stay at the Splendid Étoile! Merci to the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable and memorable!

Fantastic stay at the Hotel Splendid Etoile for our first anniversary. Go for room 608 which has commanding views of the ACT and Eiffel Tower, Paris at night from the bed was superb. Property is well located, safe, convenient and well presented. We will most certainly being coming back to Paris and will stay at the Hotel Splendid Etoile, it has our full recommendations without exception..
