Summary:  
Ce magnifique appartement est situé au cœur de Paris dans le quartier du Sentier, à proximité immédiate des grands boulevard, de Montorgueil et de la place de la République. Il a été refait à neuf avec des matériaux modernes pour que vous bénéficiez d'un confort optimal. C'est l'endroit idéal pour séjourner à Paris.  
  
L'appartement a été redécoré comme sur les photos et rénové en Novembre 2024.  
  
The Space:  
Il s'agit d'un appartement de 60m2 situé au 1er étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble résidentiel. Il se compose de :  
  
\- Un grand salon lumineux avec deux canapés-lit (160x200) et une grande télévision smart TV 50 pouces  
\- Une cuise américaine entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, four, plaques à induction, micro-ondes, bouilloire, toaster, machine à laver, etc)  
\- Une chambre avec lit King size (160x200cm)  
\- Une salle de bain attenante à la chambre   
\- Internet Haut Débit (WiFi).  
\- Draps et serviettes de toilette fournis.  
\-Kit de bienvenu inclus ( shampoing, savon, bouteilles d'eau, café)
