It was a good experience. Stairs are not friendly for the elderly with luggage. Wonderful residential area with lots of bakeries and grocery stores.

Overall, we had a great time at Residence Aurmat although we were asked to go to a different building than the one in the website. The place is spacious and clean and it has all the necessities we needed. The stairs put us off a bit because we were carrying big luggage but other than that, we had a lovely time. The owner(?) was very nice and friendly. :)

I stayed in a single room forone week, that was compact and convenient. Only inconvenience with recycling: I got a big trash bin only on the last day. Guests have to take their own trash to common basement. No recycling of paper/plastic/etc. Bed and pillow ok

The staff is always friendly and quick to respond
The room was small for the price. The kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave were placed in a small area, and I hit my head on a shelf several times. The TV channel list said that international broadcasts would be available, but in reality, only French broadcasts were available, which was disappointing. There was a problem with the Internet being disconnected midway through the telework, but it was promptly taken care of. The staff was always quick to respond.

We have stayed 6 nights in the studio (3pax). The apartment is well-equipped with everything. It looks exactly as what the photos are. Location - just one minute away from the subway station, a few supermarkets and many eateries. Staff - The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They offered to carry the luggage given there is no lift in the apartment. Apartment - It is equipped with all you need, the towels are so clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the dish cleaning sponge is new (some apartment did not provide new), the utensils are in very clean and good in condition, we love our BEDs (too comfortable), the aircon is working perfectly!! And there are 3 big windows in our room which provide brightness and wind. The shower room is abit small, but we are fine with that. Overall, we really love this apart-hotel :)

Excellent location to visit the centre of Paris with a metro station around the corner. Lovely clean room with good dark curtains to keep out the light in the morning! Having a fridge and kitchenette was really handy.

Well the photos were not exactly right for our place. on the website it shows like the bedroom but it is not shown with the living room or the kitchen. it just felt misleading and obviously this place is just a rental place that others lend their apartments out and they manage. So stopping to get keys and then having to schlep our stuff to another entirely new place was a hassle. It was obviously an apartment for men with no amenities for a family.

Studio 5 Rue Pascal
Stayed at one of the studios that are also offered around Aurmat, 5 Rue Pascal. It is a nice fully functional studio with a full separate kitchen. Good location and quiet.

Used one of the associated apartments - just fine
Stayed in one the small apartments near to but not in the main Aurmat building. Everything was fine and out of Aurmat apartments give a wider range of reasonably priced accomodation.

Reasonable hotel stay
Hotel staff were always helpful and provided support. Room had good facilities but was a bit small. Bath towels were not available; only smaller hand towels. WiFI had issues at times.

David was great, property is very close to Metro. AC does not work. It was probably us misunderstanding, but I am not sure it is a hotel, as much as an apartment. There is no daily service to make the beds, or get more soap or toilet paper. Now to be clear, David is there from the morning until 6:30pm (or so), so it would be easy to get. But doing the tourist thing, everyday we were back too late. After 6:30p (or so) there is no staff available in the building. I may be wrong, but if a new guest arrives late in the evening, I have no idea how they would get access to check in. Overall the building inside is brand new and very clean. Again, David, on the day shift is fantastic. But I am still not sure it is a "Hotel" rather than an a building with 20 or so apartments.

Very poor service.
The oddest check in I’ve ever experienced. Got there early and asked if we could check in was told we couldn’t which was completely understandable as they were still cleaning. Asked if we could leave our bags and we were told to leave them in the reception. Went off for the day and came back to find no one at the hotel. We were stuck outside as you needed a code to get in which we weren’t given. Thankfully two other people who were staying at the hotel came in and let us in as they had the code. Went in and found an envelope with my name on it with keys and some very poorly written instructions stating that we were staying in a studio apartment 15 mins away. No directions for how to get there. The worst and most disgusting part of the whole service is that our bags were left out in the main lobby left unsupervised. Anyone could have taken them. Ridiculous. When we arrived earlier in the day we should have been told how to get to where we’re going and somewhere safe to keep our belongings. In terms of cleanliness, the bathroom walls were covered with long and short black hairs, which I have photos of. Communication very poor and overall very unhappy.

little out of way but its good
The place is easy to find. It doesn't have parking but the closest metro station is less than 10 mins away. There are markets and restaurants around with one shop being right infront of the apartment. The apartment was on the first floor so you will hear commotions. The apartment is not at the location where it is stated on the booking site but a good 15 mins drive from the actual front desk. It is however in a secured building with a big private balcony. It has one bathroom for 5 people so it was little inconvenient. but it does have laundry on site. It have steel shutters that can block the noise and light complete but it will make the apartment hotter and it lacks AC. Overall it was good.

Does the job
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as a 'pit-stop' and it served its function well. The staff was friendly and flexible and the room was as described. The only down side is that the rooms are rather basic and there were spider webs around the room. But then again for a budget hotel can not really complain got more than expected.

You get what you py for
My stay was during the Euro 2016 period. It was very basic. Even as a budget accommodation consisted of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom & a living room which doubled as a bedroom. The main building had a bad smell in the lobby. If it's cheap & cheerful your after then this will be perfect but I wouldn't be rushing back here any time soon.

Over-rated - 2-star accommodation for 3-star price
Although we booked a double room, there was no way two persons could get from one side of the very small room to the other without acrobatic manoeuvres. Furthermore, over a 3-night stay, not once did the cleaning services visit our room to empty dustbins, replenish toiletries, replace towels, do the bed, etc. (!) Never again.

This was my first stay in an apartment. A cheaper option than the usual hotel, and just a few minutes walk from the Metro. Convenient for my business trip, and for dining at day's end. Value for money, and would stay here again, but not quite to the usual hotel standards.

To get to the hotel from Gard du nord station I had to climb 2 flights of stairs carrying my heavy baggage! The hotel was rated 2 stars, but it deserved a 1 star. The hair-dryer didn't work, the room and bathroom were tiny with old fittings. There was supposed to be high-speed internet, but the connection was very slow. The staff were friendly, and the hotel, despite its location, was quite quiet. Perfect for an overnight stay before destination.

Perfect hotel for two-dimensional beings
Are you two-dimensional? If you are, then you'll have no problem staying at this apart-hotel. If you're sporting a z-axis, however, prepare to feel very cramped here. There is very little room to move around, the shower is unbelievably small, and chances are you'll find yourself tripping over things all the time. To make matters worse, hot water only lasts for about 10 min, and takes hours to recharge, so good luck showering if more than one person is staying in the room. On the plus side, the bed is fairly large (for a Parisian hotel), the room was clean, the staff is friendly enough, and the train station is right around the corner (though it takes a while to get to the center of Paris). If you're just looking for a cheap-ish place to crash, and you're rather petit, then there are worse places to stay. I, for one, will never stay here again, though.

J'ai été extrêmement déçu de constater que l'hôtel ne disposait pas de sauna ni de salle de musculation, comme cela avait été annoncé sur le site de réservation. En outre, j'ai également été choqué par l'état de propreté de la chambre et le manque d'isolation phonique. La chambre était clairement négligée en termes de nettoyage, ce qui a contribué à une expérience très désagréable. En outre, le bruit des couloirs et des chambres voisines était constant et difficile à ignorer, ce qui a gravement affecté mon sommeil. Dans l'ensemble, je suis profondément déçu par mon séjour à la résidence AURMAT, et je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement à d'autres voyageurs. J'espère sincèrement que les propriétaires prendront en compte les commentaires des clients et feront les améliorations nécessaires pour offrir une expérience plus agréable aux futurs clients.

L'annonce dit lit tempur qualité etc ce n'est qu'un canapé lit avec matelas plus qu'usé, ayant des problèmes de santée au final deux nuit difficiles et bon.pour un passage chez l'ostéopathe Ou est la clim ? .menage bof..télécommande télé cachée entre matelas et parois canapé-lit au final pas très pro tout ça
