  • Very well equipped, you have all the essentials for a great stay.
    The entire accommodation is at your disposal with a view of the rooftops of Paris and the Saint Augustin church.
    At the entrance a large living room with the dining table and the living room with a sofa bed. Then you will find a separate kitchen with all the necessary equipment and bathroom with its Italian shower and a bidet.
    Finally, a beautiful bedroom with its bed.
    The apartment is located in a quiet street close to the means of transport, the Saint Lazare train station, the department stores and the Opera.

Cons: Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed by the state of the apartment. It was overall not super clean, kind of grimy and not in the greatest condition. Broken closet doors, broken shower door, food splatters in the kitchen (on cabinets, door), the bathroom wasn’t that clean and badly needed an update. The apartment could benefit from some small repairs and updates and needs a thorough cleaning instead of quick ones between guests. I cleaned some myself when I arrived to make it more comfortable, which shouldn’t be necessary when you’re on vacation. Pros: the location was great with a good number of shops and restaurants nearby. It was spacious for a Paris apartment. Nice view from the large windows. Also, the host was very polite and responsive and replied quickly to our questions.
