We felt safe, comfortable and quiet here. It was very clean; everything simple and sleek. Right around the corner from Sacre Coeur as well as shops and restaurants. No extra items, such as extra towels or toilet paper were in the room, but they were always accommodating when we asked. Highly recommend if you want to stay in beautiful Montmartre - be prepared for lots of hilly walking and stairs - but worth it if you are up for it!

This is a good hotel if you just need a base to explore Paris. It is pretty much no frills - I am not sure I would class it as 4 stars, but the room was clean and big (which is believe is rare for Paris). However it was a bit souless. There is nothing going on in the hotel and it doesn't offer drinks and food. We saw a sign about a continental breakfast, but were never actually told about it at reception. The staff are friendly, but no one went out of their way to offer up information about the area, transport, sites etc. so it felt very transactional - we sleep, we pay we go. Although Montmarte is a large area with lots of.places to eat, I wouldn't stay here again as it's very far out from the major attractions and getting back to the hotel after a day out to get ready for the evening was nearly impossible unless you wanted to cut the sightseeing short or simply stay out all day.

This is a modern, classy, state of the art hotel. I was expecting something more old fashioned, but I could not have been happier with my room. A great kitchenette was an unexpected bonus. It is in a very old and beautiful part of the city. The location is wonderful. The Sacré-Cœur is literally right behind the hotel. I could see the towers from my window. The Odalys is so close to so many interesting neighborhoods of Montmartre, yet it was very quiet and peaceful. It was everything I was looking for. Oh yeah and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my trip so much easier. Being a foreigner who doesn't speak French I needed all the help I could get. Without them I would not have enjoyed Paris as much I did. When I return to Paris this is where I will be staying.

Location is fantastic, bus 40 help skip the steps/hill if you are struggling with luggage. Bus 80 or metro gets you to the sights. The staff were amazing, very helpful and the maid service excellent. The facilities, kitchen, lounge with sofa bed and separate king size bedroom were all to a high standard.

Gorgeous location and helpful staff
Wonderful stay and the staff was so helpful! Use of the spa with jacuzzi was very appreciated (I think it was well worth the 18 euros to get that private 45 minute spa time). The location is right by the Basilica with gorgeous views to see when exploring all around the area, but be aware there is an uphill climb and many stairs whenever you return back to the hotel from any outing. Pretty easy to get taxis and Ubers if needed though. Not so central for getting around to many other Paris tourist spots, but a very beautiful and charming location to stay with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. Recommended!

Really great location in every way except probably the transit up and down the mountain wasn’t so easy. The only downside really at all was the lack of of spa/pool access without paying an exorbitant pay-per-use amount for exclusive use.

Property location is great. Just around the corner of one of the attractions Sacre Coeur. Many Eateries and shops are just a short walk away. The staff are somewhat helpful. In room facilities are not all functioning.

I loved this hotel. It was in a beautiful area, right around the corner from the Sacre Coeur. The hotel was really nice, very clean and the room was very spacious too. The facilities inside were lovely and the staff were also very friendly and helpful. If I was staying for more than one night, I would happily do that in this hotel.

Great Hotel in Montmartre
The Odalys City Montmartre is in the 18th, nestled just steps away from the beautiful Sacre Coeur. Nestled in this gorgeous neighborhood are corner restaurants, local bars, and stunning views of Paris. The staff was amazing, especially Laurent! He was always pleasant even when we “Tourists” were always inquiring about something or another. The rooms were large, very clean and well equipped. I had a kitchenette, complete with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and dishes! A great breakfast spread is available for a small fee but worth it. Grab a bike or scooter, take a leisure stroll, or jump on the nearby Metro everything is right there for your choosing. If you’re feeling like a beast and ready for a challenge the hundreds of steps and winding streets will keep you in check. They are no joke! There are plenty of taxis in the area for the meek. If you are looking for a great Paris hotel in a quiet area, check out the Odalys. You will not be disappointed with this hidden gem!

My husband and i stayed at Odalys during our honeymoon stay from June 9-16th. The front desk staff were incredible. Since we stayed 7 days, there was 1 day of houscleaning which really we didn’t need except it was nice to have new towels. We had to request more toilet paper & a pillow but they were so happy to accommodate. We asked questions on directions and safety and they were honest to us and spoke good english! Very nice hotel. Only get 1 instant coffee in the room which was delicious but then we walked to a local grocery store (monoprix) for bottles of water, cream & morning snacks. The metro stop at Lamarick station was only a 6 min walk down from the hotel and accessed every part of paris from that station. We visited many spots DT Paris (eiffel tower, louvre, different parks & arr. via metro without issues at all hours of the night - did a walking tour of Montemarte through the history which highly recommend. If you stay in this hotel be prepared for hills and walking and stairs. There’s about 300 steps to get anywhere if not double that. Walking down to many restaurants near this hotel was a heafty walk back up because this hotel is the very top of Montemarte, 2 min from Sacre-ceour. There is live musician that plays outside the church esch night and many locals bring picnic and wine/beer to the park there and look up at the city. This hotel was perfect location to enjoy that scenery and then walk safely back to hotel. Hotel was very clean and tidy!!

The staff here are really nice and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and it’s a 3 minute walk to the Sacré Coeur! Beautiful rooms, we stayed in a studio that had a kitchen which was very great to have. When we first checked into the hotel we checked the filter on the air conditioning unit as I have some breathing issues and that’s always the first thing we check. It was CAKED with dust. We sent a picture to our friend who works refrigeration back home in Canada and he said he has never seen a filter that bad. The only other thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast. It was 18 euro a person for some cold, undercooked bacon and scrambled eggs. Some fruit and yogurt and croissants. The fresh orange juice machine was really neat though! All in all we had a great stay and would stay here again, but there were a few things that could be improved on.

The staying was great, everything its very close ,shops, sightseeing , you can walk freely around the area it’s very safe, it’s a very popular tour area because of the basilica , and the shops in Montmartre , it’s very beautiful stunning views , the only thing I would say the breakfast it’s overly priced at the hotel for what you get or options that you have I would recommend to just walk down or up 5 to 10 minutes and you will have plenty of restaurant options. I loved the area of Montmartre and this hotel it’s just right there to this area. Location was perfect and the rooms were great , i would say I wish the hotel would clean your room everyday without having to pay extra for it. I just had a one bad night when the AC started leaking water in the floor I couldn’t sleep the front desk person offered another room but it was in the middle of the night and I had a lot move so I chose to not move , another thing a couple of my pillows smelled really bad sweat I mentioned to the front desk person the next day but I don’t think he understood because he just looked at me without offering new pillows. The front desk was very friendly most of them. Other than that everything was great!

Great location with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The reviews were spot on about hills and stairs in the area- you'll get a workout. Bus stop nearby within a 10 min walk and several metro stations also including Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est. Sacre Coeur is within a very short walk, less than 0 min. The kitchenette was great with all you need for your own cooking. I didn't use it but they also have a spa. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Calm and Quiet in Montmartre
Location in Montmartre is good and easy to avoid day trippers. Breakfast buffet is excellent and worth the money. Kitchenette was well enough stocked, but aside from the fridge, didn't use it often because of the breakfast buffet. Took the metro to central Paris for museums, etc. Returning "home" to Montmartre and the Odalys was a relief because it was quiet and calm.

Very clean, and spacious for the price compared to other options in Montmartre. Ideal location and quiet/peaceful, especial at night. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen for a longer stay. Staff were always friendly and helpful, really top notch. Be aware: there are surcharges for use of the hot tub (18€ per person), laundry facilities, and additional housekeeping (only 1 housekeeping service is offered per 5-day stay). This wasn't a deal-breaker for us, but feels a little stingy and other travelers may want to know. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing little spot, only downside was cleaner didn’t really clean the room, but other then that all of the accommodation and staff were excellent and outstanding in what they did for the guests, I stayed for a week and loved it the whole time the room was equipped perfectly for me and my girlfriend will definitely return thank you !!!!

Overall a great place to stay. It was pretty close to everything in Montmartre, just a block from the cathedral. The staff weren’t super friendly and the mattress, at least in the room we had, wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious but not included with your stays. We had a great time there though and loved that it was easy to get around and it was in a peaceful area of the city.

This place was in a beautiful quiet safe neighborhood but walking distance to everything. The staff was very personable. The room was beautiful and clean. You could open windows for air flow. My room had everything from a small cook top to a dishwasher,fridge,microwave. Everything about this place was awesome. When I go back I will definitley be staying here again!
