The room overall wasn’t too bad however it gets really hot at night even with the ac on. The single beds have poor structure. There is no ventilation that is required for a room. We were a family of 4 and they only provided 1 500ml water bottle and if we asked them they said there is an additional charge. . This hotel doesn’t have great choices of breakfast if you are a vegetarian or vegan especially their menu for lunch and dinner, therefore we spent extra on outside. The variety of breakfast is very limit. Room service is up normal standards. The tax online said £21 however when getting to the hotel they charged us €65 without an explanation.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was positive. One of the notable aspects was its location, which I found to be quite convenient. The hotel is situated not far from transportation hubs, making it easy to access public transportation within a 15-minute walk.

Not a good experience
My family of four recently spent 5 nights at Novotel Paris 17. Here's a concise summary of our experience: Cons: 1. The family room we were assigned was surprisingly small, making it a tight fit for our luggage. 2. The air conditioning in our room was subpar, and despite raising a complaint, no action was taken to improve it. 3. During the first two days of our stay, I encountered some difficulties when requesting a beer mug and ice from the hotel staff. However, on the third day, my request for a beer mug was flatly denied, and the bartender offered me a paper cup instead. I approached the front desk (staff member who used to be there in night shift) and he informed me that it was hotel policy to withhold beer mugs unless the beer was purchased from the hotel. This appeared to be an unusual policy and was a first for me. 4. The separate toilet and bathroom arrangement lacked a washbasin in the toilet, which felt somewhat inconvenient. Pros: 1. The hotel is located in a safe area, with a bus stop right opposite. 2. Justin at the reception went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a late check-out. 3. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. 4. Nearby Convenience Store: A convenience store just a 5-minute walk away, open until midnight, making it easy to stock up on essentials.

The location was not really close to tourist spots. It’s quite easy to catch a bus to get to Lafayette Galleries since the bus stop is just right across the street from the hotel. Dustin the front desk who is multilingual was very friendly and helpful.

Room was really small. Limited options for breakfast and same food served all through our 4day stay. There were so many flies in the restaurant during breakfast Not too many restaurant options. Easy to get Bus/Trams and taxi Lift was very small and tight Gym was not working Hotel needs to be renovated and upgraded.

Our second time stay with this hotel really bad and uncomfortable. Front desk staff always not there to assist customer and you can inform them what is the problem with the room but no action taken during 2 night stay there , same like you talking to the wall. We book 2 room and on both room the temperature same like outside , when i inform the front desk them told its normal here and they cant do anything. We will never ever stay in this hotel again and not recommending anyone to stay during summer.

Theft and loss in the room
I lost one of my phone in the hotel. I put my IPhone 5 inside my backpack and it was lost when I was back. I’m very disappointed on the theft incident that happened during my stay. Would definitely not recommended to others
