When I was checking out from the hotel the elevators weren't working. My family and I had to hold all 6 huge bags 6 floors with no help. We called the reception and they said there is only on person on the desk then she left her desk to help us. At the end (1 bag left) She called the chefs from the kitchen to help. That was a disaster!!!
