    True 3 room apartment of 70 m2 in a secure, very quiet luxury building, on the 5th floor with elevator. It includes two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, a living room of 25 m2 opening onto a terrace, a single bed is available in this space, the kitchen is separate and very well equipped. It is located in a shopping street (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, wine merchants, cheese maker ...) as well as many restaurants.
    Metro line 13 is at the foot of this beautiful apartment, near Montparnasse train station. You are minutes from the historic center of Paris.

    Live like the locals
    Wonderful stay away from the tourist!!!! Very quiet apartment building. Little noisy outside as its a busy street due to the numerous small business (Cafes, Bistros, Bakeries, Grocery Store...). Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. Only discrepancy from the photos, the small twin bed in the living room is no longer there. 3-4 minute walk to Metro Line 13 (either direction to Pernety or Plaisance). We practice Yoga regularly so we found a wonderful spot just 5 min walk from apartment (Corp & Form Studio Pernety - 45 Rue Bénard 75014 Paris - www.studiocorpsetforme.fr) We enjoyed grabbing coffee in front of the Pernety metro and watching the Parisians heading to work and parents taking kids to school. Found an amazing French restaurant around the corner "La Cantine du Troquet Pernety". So good we visited twice. Also visited twice Les Tontons for their large variety of tartare. Picked up daily delicious strawberries from the several markets around the block. Truly great stay!

    Functional apartment for a decent price
    Paris has gotten really expensive but we enjoyed this apartment in the working class 14th. Close to metro and bus lines, with grocery and restaurants all around. We had an issue with hot water running out fast but we are used to our giant water heaters in America. To note one of the bedrooms is not completely private, but the beds were comfy (medium firmness). We would probably stay again.

    Patrick was an amazing host. He communicated with us promptly anytime we needed information after we booked his property. We don’t speak French. He had no issues communicating in English. He gave us an early checkin since our flight arrived in the morning and met us at the apartment. He walked us through everything and was very pleasant. Very gracious host. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Every detail was thought through; plenty of storage in each room, extra bedding and blankets. The kitchen was stocked with everything if you wanted to cook. We didn’t cook but we could have cooked some meals comfortably if we had time. We are a family of three adults and a teenager. We all slept comfortably. Beds were great. Even though the apartment was right by a busy street, we heard no noises at night and it was very peaceful. The neighborhood was very beautiful. There were a lot of little grocery shops, pastry places, restaurants, even a vegan bakery. The metra stations were very close by. We took the trains many times and were able to reach many beautiful tourist sights. Uber was also able to find us with no trouble.. We will highly recommend Patrick’s apartment if you ever visit Paris. Thank you Patrick for a wonderful 6 day stay in Paris!

    Amazing apartment!
    Patrick and his apartment deserve 6 stars! Patrick was a wonderful host, the apartment is very modern, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and comfortable. We also loved the neighborhood, it is on a small side street (not the commercial side of Montparnasse). The building is steps away from artisanal boulangeries/patisseries (bakeries), fromageries (cheeseries), wine stores, chocolatiers, cafes and bars, seafood and produce stands, plus the Monoprix is just across the street. There are two metros (13) and a bus line, it is a short ride to any major attraction. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a place that is close but not in the heart of the tourist areas, you can stay here and truly feel that you are living like a Parisian!

    We booked Patrick’s apartment based entirely on the many glowing reviews from previous guests. We decided that everyone can’t be wrong. If anything, the reviews aren’t glowing enough. Our only question is whether this was THE best place where we have ever stayed or merely ONE OF the best. Patrick is definitely the most gracious host we have ever had the pleasure to deal with and meet. Montparnasse might lack glamour and is a bit off the tourist trail, but that can be a good thing. It’s a charming, lively neighborhood a short Metro ride from almost anywhere in the city. Vrbo options in Paris (like Paris itself) can be overwhelming. Save yourself a lot of time and trouble and simply book Patrick’s place if it’s available.

    Great apartment and kind host
    Patrick met us at check-in and was very helpful and accommodating after a mixup with our arrival time. He went out of his way to make our stay easy and comfortable. The apartment was very clean and just as the pictures showed, and we appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer. The street outside the apartment has many shops and small restaurants and the two nearby metro stations made it simple to reach all the sites. Thank you, Patrick!

    Huge Paris apartment
    Spacious bright Paris flat in the 14th, very quiet. Patrick kindly waited for us as our taxi was stuck in traffic. Easy check-in; well supplied big rooms, extremely secure on 5th floor. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee. Patrick reserved a taxi for our 5 AM trip to the airport & we really appreciated his help. Hope to be back.

    The apartment was clean bright and well equipped and felt like a home from home. Plenty of local amenities and some excellent restaurants and bars. Being within a short walk to the metro it is perfect base from which to explore Paris. Patrick was a perfect host and was there on our arrival to show us around the apartment and arrived to say Bon Voyage on our departure. We would definitely choose to stay again to explore more of Paris in the future.

    Nice apartment very convenient
    It was a very nice location for our family in Paris. We came during a heat wave with temps in the mid 90s. As in most locations this apartment does not have AC. However the heat could managed by closing windows and opening others. Wish there were more fans that could move the air at night. If you’re an American lower your expectations AC in the EU hasn’t caught on, you have got to deal…. Here’s a tip find a chocolate shop and hang out there…

    I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here. Patrick is amazing. He met us early and showed us through the property. He also was very quick to answer any questions we had when we messaged him. The apartment is located close to the metro and right across from Monoprix. There are numerous shops to buy your brea, lunch or dinner if you want to eat in or you can eat at the many cafes in the area. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room.
