Lovely Studio with a view, Le Marais

Welcome to my lovely flat of 20 square meters located in the 3rd district of Paris. It is located on the 6th floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is ideally located close to shops, bars and restaurants of all kinds. It is located in a dynamic and lively area close to the place de la REPUBLIQUE. A professional cleaning is carried out before each stay.

The accommodation is fully equipped and will perfectly suit a tourist or professional stay in Paris. It will be very appreciated for its location in the heart of the "Enfants Rouges" district.
Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses ;) The apartment has a double bed (real latex mattress), is very bright (South-East exposure) and very quiet (on the courtyard, top floor).

It is my home, not a flat rented all year round for profit: please be respectful of my stuff and my neighbours! Thank you!

The accommodation has the following facilities :
Coffee machine (nespresso), Oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer.

No Wi-Fi available (however, there are many cafés with Wi-Fi located just downstairs from the building if needed)

/!\ no wifi (many places nearby have it, I recommend Araku Coffee).
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :

The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.

Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches

Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

## Emplacement
Indivisible from the famous district of the Marais which also extends over most of the 4th arrondissement and which constitutes the quieter part, the 3rd arrondissement is one of the places of Paris the most pleasant to live, as long as you like calm. "Sophisticated village", the 3rd arrondissement contains several open-air markets, a huge covered flower market and numerous specialized food shops, notably along Rue de Bretagne.
