I always stay here when I come to Paris. I always feel like I'm family and I'm welcome. It's right by the Saint Mande stop on the Yellow line, which may still be a few stops from the city center, but I don't mind. I prefer being away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. They have their own restaurant and bar, which gets busy and certainly says a lot about the place. Midweek there's a very charming flea market that gets set up right outside, which is definitely a treat.

The staff at the property were so friendly and helpful. Its located perfectly if you dont want to be in the thick of it, but easy to get back into the centre of Paris. It could do with redecorating and deep cleaning ie; cleaning dust around the air vents, removing what looked like a little blood on the curtain and refreshing the carpets. But overall you get what you pay for, its cheap and convenient. I will stress again how lovely and friendly the staff were.

Room is good for the price and close to the trains. They need to promote the access around the back as the front entrance is through the restaurant, which was closed when we arrived.

Close to train station
Well located hotel, close to the train station. Friendly employees. The only issue that we had was the A/C, we paid to have a room with air conditioning and it was not avaiabe.

Very good place, loved the area, very quiet with a lot of variety Restaurants to choose from for a good Dinner. Good for a Family of 4. Warm welcome by staff. I truely recommend this place, very convenient and close to Metro and Buses.

Very close to metro and bus stop, very small room,
Location was outside Paris but very accessible by metro and bus to all Paris attractions, the staff were wonderful, the room was very very small and only one outlet, so it was tuff getting all our electronics charged, we used the outlet to charge the laptop and used the laptop USB’s to charge our phones, there is no air conditioning so we had to leave the window open to sleep which was very noisy and there is no elevator, the WiFi was not working inside the room so we had to stay outside the room to get WiFi. The breakfast had very little choices no eggs it was continental style. Rooms were old but clean.

Good budget hotel on the Paris metro
Very close to the metro station. A max 40-45 minute ride to any of the Paris attractions. Clean rooms, safe neighborhood. Decent wifi. The entrance to the hotel is through the restaurant which can seem odd. Friendly staff

Clean, great air conditioning, but a little small
We stayed for 3 nights as we wanted something away from the city centre and not far from the Accor Hotel Arena where we had tickets for a show. The location was great with a metro station about 50 yards away, supermarket close by and plenty of local restaurants. The room was on the second floor and was a little small with very little space to walk around the double bed. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It was 35^C when we arrived so were thankful of the air conditioning. Small issue for those that like a cuppa, there's no kettle in the room! Would highly recommend the Bourgat bar next door for food. The waiter was fantastic and the food was great, if a little expensive. We didn't eat in the hotel so not sure about the restaurant, but they had live music at least once during our stay. Great market outside the hotel on Thursday (and also Sunday I believe but can't confirm) selling plenty of fresh fruit, veg, fish as well as some good hot food. Overall, the hotel was good for our needs, but some may find it a little cramped.

The Hotel was nice and the air conditioning was great! However, you had to slam the bathroom door in order for it to close and the water temp would fluctuate between hot and cold constantly. The breakfast was not worth the 9€ per day; you could walk down the street to the grocery store and purchase fruits, juices, fresh bread, and everything else you want for breakfast for a better price. The staff was very nice though.

Really nice hotel for the price
We really enjoyed our stay. We spent just one night in a quad (my husband and two girls). Room was comfortable and spacious. It was also clean! The beds were comfy and the tv worked. Bathroom was big and functional. The woman at the desk was super nice and ordered us a taxi for the airport. There was loud music played in the restaurant at night. We asked them to turn it down and they did! All quiet afterwards and we slept well. We had a great meal at the nearby Le Royal Comptoir! It's a neighborhood bistrot. Market on Sunday morning is great. In short, great experience and we would stay there again.

Great stay in this traditional French hotel. Very friendly staff. Has really great time in local bars. Amazing market on Sundays outside the hotel. Very convenient metro within 100 metres. Would highly recommend!

Rooms upstairs of restaurant, clean and comfortable. It was easy to get to from Train station, half a block from metro in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. No information on tours, but were as helpful as they could be. We would stay here again.

It ws unforgetful and pleasureable experience for us. we stayed there fr 4 nights. We were treated very well by the manager as well as hotel staffs. they showed to us the true french hospitality. the hotel is quite strategic as its is located less than two minutes from the saint monde subway. the surrounding is also quite but condusive. On every tuesday and sunday, you have a traditional bazzar just in front of d hotel

A little confusing to find front desk (ok to go through restaurant?). Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Room was super small, which may just be common for the area. But it was clean and right next to the metro. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Convenient, friendly and inexpensive
The Hotel is 50 yards from the De Gaulle exit of St Mande Metro which is 2 stops from the Eastern end of the Yellow Line 1 Metro which connects to Chatelet Les Halles. A Metro ticket to Paris is just Eu1.80 so it's very convenient. Tip: In Paris top up at the water fountain at Hotel de Ville! If you come from Disneyland Eurostar or TGV at Marne la Vallee station, the RER train takes you to Nation station. Change there to Metro 1. Two stops back & you're here (Eu7.80). If you come by road the hotel is just off the Peripherique. Parking outside: Eu5.20 for 4 hours. You'll see a boulangerie nearby and a small supermarket (Franprix) along the road, past the Metro exits, where you can buy stuff for your sandwiches. You don't want to buy too many meals out. The hotel's restaurant is however good value & busy. We had the Eu22 3-course menu and were well pleased. The restaurant shuts at the weekend, but the Chinese on the same block is good value (and a beer there is just Eu2.5). We also saw a creperie along the main road opposite Franprix. Make sure you book thro a site like Expedia because the normal hotel tariff is higher. Breakfast is Eu8 extra. You won't find a kettle in your room, and we did not ask for one. Shower was good & powerful with everything clean & tidy. You can ask for a UK power adaptor if you forgot to buy one to charge your mobile. On Friday & Sunday there is a market right outside the hotel for all your fruit and salads & even hot snacks. Book and enjoy!

Just on the outskirts of Paris, close to Metro
Nice location, right outside of the Saint Mande metro station. Very accessible by train or bus. Beds were comfortable, shower a little tight. Hotel did not have A/C which made our time in Paris almost unbearable in July. Nice restaurant downstairs, over-priced soda at hotel bar. Charged 5 Euros for 1 bottle of soda.

Nice hotel close to the metro on line 1.
Stay in this hotel for 7 nights. We loved how close it was to the Metro station, the staff were very nice. The rooms are cosy and clean which is all you need to use it as a platform to see Paris.

This hotel was great! The employees were all nice and helpful, even funny, some were always joking around. The hotel location is great, the area is nice, many shops and restaurants open during the day, the hotel is steps away from the Saint Mande metro station. The room is VERY small, but is clean, with your own bathroom, good shower, TV cable, I do not care about the room being small because I was there only to sleep and shower. The hotel is perfect, I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it always.

Good & quiet stay in clean hotel.
Very good and quite what I expected from the reviews I read. Small but very good and clean. Too bad they don't warn you that their restaurant is closed all weekends during the month of August. However, I stayed Monday night so I got to taste their food. Very good and I recommend their restaurant. Real gourmet food. I'm happy with my stay at this hotel.

Cute hotel in a great area!
This hotel was perfect for our stay. Not quite in the centre of Paris which kept costs down, but steps from the metro and a few great bakeries and grocery stores. There was also an outdoor market that set up right outside the hotel each morning with produce and great odds and ends. The hotel staff were great and we had a wonderful experience.

Excellent price to quality ratio
Very convenient location, metro station just in front of the hotel. Very nice staff and accommodating, we checked in earlier . The breakfast is very good, the bread and the croissant were exceptional. The room is somewhat small for the USA standards but very clean and quiet. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again there for sure.
