An equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a spa bath, 2 toilets, a games room with billiards and table football, a 4-seater sauna, and several terraces at different levels with a view of the ponds, barbecue and brasero.
Outside, a private heated 8x4 swimming pool with terrace, a SPA 4 people, a small wood and a large plot of land of 5,000 m2. Just behind, 2 private and fenced ponds of one hectare with a boat and paths around.
