Felt very safe here, cleaning lady did up room immaculately every day, staff were friendly and facilities offered inside room were above and beyond. Hairdryer, shower caps , body lotion of good quality, shampoo/conditioner, shoe shiner etc. comfy and clean. Very happy and great price

The staff would bend over backwards to help you. Breakfast buffet was good. Room was clean. A lot of restaurants in the area. Metro near by.

Fabulous Parisian Jewel
My husband and I stayed at the Le 10 Bis for 2 days. Loved the location. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff was professional. The only downside was the room was small and if the stay were more than 2 nights there was definitely not enough room for all of our clothes, luggage, shoes, toiletries, etc. However, for our needs it was a fabulous find and I recommend the hotel for a short stay or if I were travelling alone I would not have had an issue with the space.

Small rooms Excellent breakfast Very helpful staff were the star of the show- helped w early check in, directions, arranging transportation, restaurant reservations, etc. Location- very short walk to the RER-C train (Port Maillot/ Neuilly) and the yellow line (Argentine) <5 min walk to the convention center

Excellent hotel and perfect location
Amazing chic decor, staff were ever so friendly, perfect continental breakfast to get you going, the team decorated the brdroom for my husbands birthday with balloons, flowers and macaroons which was very sweet of them. Would highly recommend. Location is perfect to explore on the metro everywhere in Paris

Hotel Le 10 Bis stay
The service was exceptional from all. They would go beyond what was needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The area was quiet with easy access to the metro.

Great hotel, nice staff & excellent location
We had an amazing stay, staff went the extra mile & always happy to help us, really made our trip. Helped us with booking taxis whenever we needed it & plenty of facilities. The hotel is located in a nice area which is pretty quiet but with plenty of restaurants nearby & only a 10 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Highly recommend the hotel.

Not child friendly. Made reservations for 2 and 1 child no crib needed. At arrival was told the child was not permitted in a deluxe room due to size of the room. options were to send me to a mediocre hotel they partner with since they had no room available . Waited for orbitz for 45. Min and no help was given. I made the correct booking yet the hotel and orbitz do NOT have good communication. Will never return to any hotel affiliated with this chain.

After staying at the fabulous Waldorf Astoria Versailles for 3 nights, i decided to change my location to a ´hotel in Paris. This is not the place to go if you are visiting family or expect family to come by to say hi. If you are a solo traveler maybe this is for you who is a guest of the city maybe this is for you. They treated me as a child and felt the need to call my room 2 times to ask me if my cousin who came upstairs for one of her three children to use the bathroom, was staying the night. One bed cannot fit three people!! They said other people have done this!! I am not other people! I Am a paying guest that should be treated with respect. Then they called again to say guests have to remain in the lobby. Also, they nasty white stains all over the carpets I do not know who or what those stains were but I was happy brought along my travel blankets with me. I will not return. I will find all outlets to write a negative review. I promise.

The staff were very helpful and considerate. The property is clean and within walking distance from shopping venues and restaurants... 20 minutes from the Champs Elysee. However, the rooms were smaller than expected without any counter or table space to place personal items.

Amazing stay
The hotel was close to the metro station, the room was small but comfy, the staff was extremely friendly. A lot of free refreshments at the bar. Quite at night, though it was a city center, excellent wifi.

Nice bathrooms and cute view from balcony, perfect for taking pictures. The staff were amazing, especially Xavier! Much love, such a cosy and aesthetic hotel. Close to a metro station, close to Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Walking distance from big landmarks. I will come here again for sure!

This was a really great hotel conveniently located to the Champs Elysees. It's a boutique property with great rooms and a staff that was very friendly, spoke perfect English and was very efficient. The hotel was clean and modern. There are a number of restaurants within a five minute walk with a wide variety of food choices. This is definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Paris. We had one of the larger rooms so I can't comment on the typical room, but based on the quality of the hotel I'm sure they are quite comfortable as well. I really believe the staff was some of the nicest people that I have encountered in any of my hotel stays in Paris.
