Nice small hotel near la Gare de l'Est

Posted 20-Mar-2017
Pros: The price as well as the proximity to public transportation .. The staff was very helpful ...
Cons: The bathrooms are nicely renovated .. The carpet could use some upgrading..
Location: There 2 metros close by ( poissoniere and Gare de l'Est ) that allow people to get to the Louvre and other touristic attraction in less than 20 minute
It was a great experience overall...""....." Fairly safe neighbourhood. Variety of shops and restaurants

Hotel close to Station, but not enough standard.

Posted 19-Feb-2017
Pros: Staffs very nice , helpful, polite
Cons: The room should be improve for sound proof, toilet must have be ventilation.
Location: Location very good easy to travel any where from this hotel
Hotel not enough standard but what do you expect paid from £70 per night. 3 stars hotel, but hotel did not provided toothpaste and toothbrush at all for customers. Toilet not ventilation at all. I want to say the room is terrible. There is no sound proof. I could not sleep well at all because the room Next door to me got whole family came and stay in the room few days after me . They did chat so loud in the night time. I can hear any thing. My room is 115 next to the stair and the room between the stair is 116, but I still can hear any thing when they did stay chat at 116 room. If you want some where to stay more quiet and peaceful. Do not come to this hotel. The staffs in hotel really nice and helpful, polite too, but this is not enough the point for your trip come to stay in this hotel and you could not sleep well at all after you travel whole day and you feel tired then come back to the hotel and you could not sleep well in the hotel because so noisy. I don't think I will come back this hotel again if I am going to travel to France.

Great budget accommodation in great location

Posted 08-Feb-2017
Pros: Great location, very clean, nice staff; you can also leave your luggage after checking out if you want to use last day for sightseeing. Wi-Fi works ok
Cons: Better TV channels selection to include some music and kids chanels
Location: Location is very close to all transport links and close to Eurostar, around shops and restaurants, so great place to stay if you came to sightseeing
I've stayed in INTER-HOTEL Parisiana 4 times, every time it has been a very good experience. For the price we pay the standard is high, hotel is very clean, staff is helpful, location of the hotel couldn't be better for our needs (very close to the train stations/ Eurostar - 5 min walk - and walking distance to metro, all busses around, shops, restaurants, We have been staying in similar type of accommodation in several capital cities of Europe (similar price/ rating) and Parisiana so far it the best of them.

Nice hotel

Posted 04-Feb-2017
Pros: It's location, it's staff
Cons: There was no kettle in the rooms, although hot drinks were provided free downstairs.
Location: It's a little walk to the Seine, but do-able. Surrounding area is full of cafes, shops, bars. Very close to the Gare du Nord.
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Hotel is in a good location, very close to the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, towels replaced every day, shower was good.

Terrible experience

Posted 06-Jan-2017
Pros: Nothing.
We stayed in this hotel for 4 days in the end of 2016 December . Our jewelry got stolen . We complained to the office but they did not even bother to talk to cleaners, housekeepers etc. When we asked if anybody entered the room they said there were no cameras ! We couldn't believe that a 3 star hotel does not have any cameras or any security . We were on the 4th floor and we suspect that the jewelry was stolen from an insider. When we further inquired they told that laptops, watches etc. have been stolen earlier but they cannot help me in this situation. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone .

I wouldn't give 3* hotel. I was staying in 212 ,the floor wasn't clean, bathroom full of long dark hair? The lamp table no bulb in,the air conditioner not working, the curtains broken, the blow dryer not very stady and the lid not proper close mean cu can lift the plastic and see the electral, mean no screws,no support for toilet paper, not very worm. In general very unclean. I wouldn't recommend.

Hotel is overrated!

Posted 08-Nov-2016
Pros: I liked that there was a laundry mat down the street. That it was close to the train and metro station.
Cons: More understanding or polite service. Bathrooms could have places to put your things where they could be more accessible.
Location: Location would have been nice but it was in an alley with people sitting on the window sills outside smoking marajana and people looking in dumpsters.
Front desk manager was rude. Told us we were free to check out but he was keeping the money. Maid would just walk in with no warning and no signs to place on doors. Rooms were small. No place to put toiletries and they only supply one small bar of soap, no shampoo. All of our things had to go on the shower floor.
