Beautiful location. Room was very pretty and clean. The staff were super nice and helpful. I’d stay there again anytime I visit Paris. We are two friends who shared a room and we were both extremely happy with everything!

Like many rooms in Paris, expect small elevators, cramped rooms. Note if you are staying on the sixth floor be aware a walk up small stairs will be needed to get to the floor from the fifth and to reach your bed at night in room. Area was very walkable and safe. For the price was expecting more elbow room.

This is a fantastic hotel that gives you access to all of Paris without the traffic and noise. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and the service is exceptional. I was traveling with my wife and 2 children and we greatly enjoyed the room layout (Junior Suite) and had a wonderful time. I’m very picky about hotels, but I will continue to stay at Hotel Gramont whenever possible when in Paris.

Friendly staff with fantastic service
All the staff were really helpful and internal communication between staff was fantastic. My train tickets were cancelled suddenly by Rail Ninja without any reasons one night before our departure. Staff, a male staff on night shift on 13 Jun 2022 (sorry that i didn't get the name as I was frantically looking for alternatives) was very kind to help me send request to Rail Ninja and advising that I should book with Thalys. I also left a gift at the reception to hand it to my colleague whom I couldn't meet due to some unforseen circumstances. The next morning when I checked with the reception, the staff were all aware of the gift arrangement. A very cohesive team with good internal communication on guest's needs. Kudos to all the staff at Gramont Hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Paris next time.

Bad experience they where doing renovations on the building in every floor and had a lot of noise very early in the wall of my room. The internet only worked well in lobby. I understand they have to renovate but they should let us know.

A terrible hotel
This hotel is terrible. I booked the a triple room 2 months before the trip and when I arrived at the hotel to check in, the front desk told me the room was under renovation and the hotel was not available. They arranged us to change to another hotel which was totally terrible. The room was very small for three people, the window was broken, the floor was dirty. How can a hotel treat the customers in this way? I will never try this hotel again.

Nice hotel for one night stop. Currently going through partial refurbished so lift out of action for the 24 hour stay and parts of the hotel were a building site.

Older hotel, but kept up very well. Front desk staff were very helpful and gave us suggestions on places to eat in the area. Walking distance to a few metro lines and some local attractions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Elevator was out of order, TV in Room was not stable to the wall bracket, and toilet bowl lid was broken off on one side. Simple fixes but not paid attention to. The front desk staff were excellent.

The Hotel Gramont was charming and unique as well as being in a very convenient central location. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a duplex room which I loved as it had a unique layout and little terrace.

Paris short stay
Hotel in excellent location. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is a 3* hotel and was perfect for our needs. We even tried the small Italian restaurant next door - very good homemade pasta. Top of the lane had a clear view to the Sacre Coeur, probably walkable but temperatures in the 30's so took the bus!

A second time around in Paris....and at Gramont!
This has been my second trip to Paris and the second time to this hotel! The staff was wonderful! Just like the first time around. We were welcomed by Souraya and then Seine who gave us plenty of great advice to get around the city. Thank you Souraya and Seine! Damien was a gem who guided us to our visit to Versailles and a “shortcut” into the Louvre. Just like Aurelie did when we first fell in love with Paris... Thanks Damien for the advice! And of course our friend Flor, with whom we’ve met and became acquainted the first time we’ve visited the hotel... Flor is an night owl who has wonderful stories and advice about the beautiful city of Paris... Thank you again Flor for welcoming us back! Hope to see you soon! I would highly recommend Hotel Gramont to anyone who is staying in Paris for business or pleasure! It’s really a GEM of a hotel! See you soon!!!

Great hotel in a wonderful location!
This hotel is situated near 3 metro stops which makes getting around very easy. Close enough to walk to the Louvre (15 min), etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel staff were great! We arrived early in the day from our flight and our room was ready which was so nice! They also kept our bags on the last day so we could see more of Paris until our flight left in evening. The room itself was great! Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location
The location of hotel was really good to take the Paris' public transportation. There are many metro lines and buses that stop near the hotel. Also, airport bus (between CDG and Opera) would be good for people who arr from/to the airport. The staff were kind. The room was large enough. Even the hotel was not new, it was great to stay in Paris!

Excellent hotel situated in the Opera district
Superb hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was in a great location, within easy reach of the metro, restaurants etc The receptionist was very helpful and even provided us with stamps when we wanted to post our postcards as we checked out. We would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again in the future.

Small but comfortable room walkable to the centre.
I stayed a small single room but very comfortable bed. Walkable to the city centre, takes 10 to 15 minutes. I walked from the Gare Du Nord to the hotel took me 20 to 25 minutes theat was interesting. The amenities dissapointed me slightly. The kitchen staff offer fried or scrumble eggs as a complimentary menu of the breakfast.depending on your staying plan, you may need to pay. Overall, Good, did serve my needs.

I was staying in this hotel for the first time on business. The staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable.But I would recommend this hotel as it is close to the metro and shopping areas and the bed was very comfortable.

Disappointed in the room, but the location is good
We were put in a room that was on the sidewalk level. The room was musty and the carpet needed to be replaced badly. You couldn't open the window to get fresh air, and if you had the curtains open, everyone walking by could see right in. The staff was nice and we should have requested a different room.

Great choice for family of 4 short trip.
So never have been to Paris before and was going to be a quick family trip. Based on other reviews selected this hotel and upon arriving I couldn't have been happier. The flight from US arrived very early so unbelievably they had my room ready when I got there at 9 am and they let me check in so we could rest. I think I just got lucky but they were very accommodating. I knew then that it was going to be a good hotel. Room was great for family of 4 plenty of room. Room had 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was included and was okay. Location is good walking distance to the Louvre and other sights used cabs for further. If you are from US almost all the hotels are like a boutique hotel and maybe not what your are used to This one was a good choice for me and I felt they were very polite with any request I made. I would stay again for sure. Plenty of places to eat right around the hotel and down the street.
