Terrible hotel

Posted 15-Aug-2015
We stayed for 2 nights and we are so disappointed with the facilities and the staffs, the hotel was in a renovation when we checked in. My friend asked for spare pillows then the staff asked us to go downstairs and get it ourselves! Yes from 4th floor to ground floor just to get pillows, also my friend got the pillows from their storage room they didnt bother to get it for us! Nextday, they tidy up our room but they left 2 used panty liners in the floor! I dont like the place we stayed in there's a lot of rubbish everywhere also you wouldnt feel like you're in paris. It's cheap hotel but you wouldnt feel safe in the area.

Hotel not far from Gare du Nord.

Posted 02-Jul-2015
Pros: Bed quite comfortable. Wifi free and easy to access. Lively street scene. Price reasonable for central Paris.
Cons: Closure of any bedroom until suitable for occupation.
Location: In the rue du Faubourg St Denis with many Indian shops close by and the Gare du Nord about 7 minutes walk away.
My room on the first floor was approached by a staircase under a carpet covered by a dust protector. The lift was not working. The room had poor lighting, was very dowdy, and its window was covered with a thick plastic sheet to protect from the scaffolding outside, preventing the circulation of air when opened. The bathroom was more modern but the shower rested on a pole which came away from its fittings and there was no plug in the basin. In no way did it resemble the room shown in the hotel's promotion. If I had not been in such a hurry to register and leave for an immediate appointment I should have requested a different room. I think that the use of that room should be postponed until after the outside refurbishment has been completed. On my return, despite the telephone in the room, I was not permitted to make an international call. Furthermore, the door to the downstairs toilet could not open fully, hitting the pan as it swung on its hinges.

Decent budget hotel main calling card its location

Posted 02-Jul-2015
Overall our stay was satisfactory. The hotel is good if you plan to stay a short while and spend most of your time outside sightseeing otherwise I would suggest looking elsewhere. We only came to rest our head late at night and were off again in th e morning. The hotel is very close to la chapelle (30 seconds away) and gare du nors (6 min walk). There are lots of bars, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. ery close to two metro stations the first being la chapelle which i s a bout

Not good

Does not look like it does in the pictures. It has poor finishing and is very dull in lighting weirdly. Would not reccomend. But very good location.

Half decent hotel in reasonable location.

Posted 10-Jun-2015
Pros: Location good for travelling into Pris for the sights.
Cons: Finish the building works as the rooms were very tired.
Location: Very close to Gare Du Nord and Metro.
Unfortunate building works going on right outside our rooms. The shower was broken and they failed to fix it but overall the hotel was decent.

Bra hotell för en billig peng

Posted 02-Jun-2015 on Hotels
