Just an old hotel in Paris. Not bad, not great. Second floor room had difficulty getting hot water.

Mildew in bathroom , hairs on bed and I slept on top of covers so wasn’t changed between guests. Paper thin walls. Noise from guests in other room kept me awake throughout the entire night till morning for my entire four nights of stay.

Near a beautiful Ferenz List square. Good spacious room. Hospitable staff. On the day of departure I left my luggage to 19 pm. Close to Gare du Nord

We just stayed their for us to sleep in keep our stuffs. Rooms were ok, not that bad but its really hot inside. The staffs are nice but hard to communicate coz they barely speak English…

The decor was old, but great value - clean sheets and towels. We had window opening to see one tower of local church. Great restaurants and cafes in area. Close to trains, Montmarte and a great young vibe along the canal. A good walk to other main attractions so put on good walking shoes or catch public transport. We walked heaps and loved the exploring as we walked and stayed fit. Remember it is two star not 4, but for price good.

The stuff were amazing & friendly! Except, the cleaning personnel, they don't change sheets, towels, garbage or put toilet paper. My husband & I were throwing in an attic! I want my money back for the hotel, Expedia!

The room was covered in mold and I requested a cot but didn’t get one I had to carry my son with his buggy up 3 flights of stairs

Terrible stay...push your budget up if you can!!
Awful place to stay. Price and location to gare du nord were the only reasons i booked it. Paper thin walls, tiny bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, no pillowcases, no towels, no soap, no remote control for the tv. Poor communication at check in and OVERCHARGED by a couple of euro...not a lot but the hotel was charging MORE than I was quoted on Hotels.com. lift was UPSTAIRS and only stopped between floors! Most bizarre! Horrible smells and view onto a filthy courtyard outside.

O/N stay badly passable
For a solo guest the room size is fine. The decor is old and not wiped down. The laminate floor is splitting. The bathroom is dreadful mould everywhere probably from the shower leaking

Tous que je peux dire de positif les draps était propre. Acceuil ça va, j'ai réservé cet hôtel pour le parking, mais ce n'est pas précisé que c'est payant (mais pas cher pour Paris) et il faut laisser les clés. Chambre très fatiguée, pas très accueillant et pas de serviettes dans las salle de bain.

There is one narrow hallway to the rooms, and no other exit. In case of fire, it would be a disaster. Also, the front door to the hotel was locked at night--again, no way out in case of fire.

This is an older, modest hotel, appropriate priced on the low side. We were happy that the price matched the expectation. Window balcony view of street was wonderful. Lively area with tons of food choices. Would stay again with the low price offered.

Avoid at all costs!!!
It is located in an old building so narrow staircases and the lift can only fit one person with their suitcase. When we got to our room the bedding had patches where it had become threadbare. The floor was disgusting and had hair and layers of dust. The bathroom mirror was stained and the shower didn’t even have a curtain. The clothes cabinet was graffitied and so tiny I couldn’t have fitted anything more than a couple of t shirts! The only positive was that our room had a tiny balcony which was had a view of the narrow street on which the hotel is located. I can’t believe I paid £135 for 3 nights! It looked nothing like the pictures on the hotels.com website.

This was a cheap hotel so I didn't expect a lot of extras. But I didn't appreciate that the only clean thing in the room felt like the sheets on the bed. Also, this hotel is very stuffy with bad ventilation and tiny hallways. If you are prone to feeling cooped up or claustrophobic... probably not a good place for you. Walls are very thin so except to hear everyhting your neighbors say. Lastly, smells like sewage quite a bit. the room itself wasn't bad or the bed or the bathroom. Only for budget stays. lots of great great food in the area.

Very good!
Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant! The hotel is well located, the room is comfortable (especially the bed!) and clean. The staff is extremely kind!

The rooms are in bad condition, not clean, no wifi since day 1 dirty kitchen and fridge. It’s an old building that is in a poor condition. Bathrooms are so small and filthy smell tiny elevator.

Dear guest, We are sorry for the experience but as explained during your stay, we unfortunately had a problem with one of the machines which normally profide the wifi service. As it accured on a week end and specialy during a holidays (and of the year) we did not had the possibility te resolve it earlier. Also, please note that the kitchen and fridge that you may saw is not normally used by the guests. We may have allowed you to use it exceptionnally to help but we insist, it's an internal place which ONLY for the staff uses (pauses, lunch ...). Best regards,

The hotel was located in a nice & safe neighborhood. The hotel staff were super nice, they spoke English, Spanish & of course French. They mentioned they were low on staff for a cleaning crew and that was obvious, the bathroom we had, had a missing door in the shower so all the water got on the floor, it was horrible. The restroom had mold everywhere and you can really smell it and see it. But you get what you paid for. The hotel was super cheap so it fit our budget. Overall, it was an ok experience.
