We can see that you booked a Single room and it's 13ms as specified on our website, and it's a room that can only accomodate one person. We suggest you, for your next stay, to book another category, as a Cosy or a Classic one to get more space. We would have gladly upgraded you for your fisrt stay with us, but unfortunately we were fully booked.Know that we have a luggage room you can use before, during and after your stay to store your suitcase. Concerning check-ins, know that they are from 2PM and that you came around 11AM, that's why the room was not ready, since the guest can check-out till noon.
