The Staff was very good, polite, and good customer service. I forgot a package in the lobby . I contacted them and we are working out how to delivery to us. Thank you staff !!

I’m surprised this Hotel was rated three stars. The pictures in their website is false advertisement. The room looked nothing like the pictures. I was shocked when I entered the room. I would never recommend it to anyone coming to Paris. Very small and uncomfortable room. Shower extremely small a person barely fits. The bed pushed against the wall not like the picture in their website.

Horrible. Room dirty and so small for the price. Cigarette smell too. Very bad and scary neighborhood. Very bad service too. Thankfully Expedia was there to help us. DONT GO!

Comoda e pratica per fermarsi a dormire. Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato durante i lavori della palazzina accanto, quindi l’impatto non è stato dei migliori, però non abbiamo sofferto rumori o particolari penalizzazioni

Keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer warm obwohl Außentemperatur erst bei 22Grad, kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar, Frühstück Note 5, Hotel im ganzen zu teuer.

Très bien placé à 2 pas du métro. À environ 1km de l'atelier des lumières, on peut y aller à pied. Personnel très accueillant. Il y a juste des travaux à côté en ce moment, donc un peu de bruit le matin, mais rien de grave !

Hôtel plutôt bien placé, mais qui mérite un certain rafraîchissement pour une catégorie 3***, peu d’équipements dans la chambre pourtant supérieure, douche très petite, travaux de peinture et de rénovation nécessaires…
