We first got a different room from what we initially booked but after complaining on hotels.com the manager immediately changed our room to what we saw in the photo as we were booking and apologized to us with a bottle of wine! The housekeeper was really nice

This was a mainly business trip. This is not a hotel for business. One night and morning it was not hot water. Every night I had a cigarette smell coming into my room. No action taken from front desk.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights to explore the city. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location—it's incredibly convenient. Just steps away from shopping centers, a variety of dining options, and easy access to public transportation, which made getting around the city hassle-free. However, the room itself was underwhelming. It felt quite small for two adults, and we were disappointed by the limited amenities. There was no space to really relax or unpack comfortably, and it lacked some of the extras you’d expect at this price point. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Melvin. The hotel had a small lift which was very useful for luggages and if your room was on a high floor. Our family room was very spacious and had a balcony too. Will gladly stay here again next time we are in Paris.

All the luxary brand stores were less than 20min away from walking. The train was 3min by walking. This location is more for friends or partners not really for family.

Beautiful hotel- rooms quite roomy and comfortable- odd to leave your key to your room each and every time you leave but one less thing to worry about I guess. Elevator is very Parisian and if your on top for the best view you have the stairs to walk up- definitely a taste of paris for sure!! I 10 minutes one way your at galleries Lafayette and Printemps or 10 min the other direction your on champs Elysee- beautiful and close to several metro stations

“This hotel had very small rooms, and the bathroom and toilet were so tiny that even one person could barely fit. There was a lot of noise coming from outside, and even when the neighboring room flushed the toilet, we could hear it in our room. I definitely wouldn’t give this hotel 4 stars.”

The front desk staff was super helpful and made our stay great. The room was very small and had some damage - light fixture pulled off wall and shelf which was loose and breaking from wall. The room was renovated though so looked great and all very clean - location was excellent for walking to lots of sights and transit.
