Room with a view

Pros: Location
Location: Within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre and many other amazing laces.
We could see the top half of the Eiffel Tower from our room and there was a roof bar and leisure area with great 360 views of Paris. Great place at night.

Great location in Latin Quarter

Loved the location. Fantastic view from roof. Breakfast buffet was convenient and comfortable. Helpful staff. Shower needs updating though.

Nice hotel, good location

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, has a rooftop terrace with a very nice view. Location was good, metro station nearby with lots of places to shop and eat. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel, rooms good size and very clean. Staff very helpful. Loved the roof terrace, stunning views of the city, brilliant location to explore Paris, plenty of places nearby to eat at.

Conveniente e agradável

Hotel em localização muito conveniente. Próximo a estações de metrô e RER, restaurantes, lojas, mercados e atrações turísticas (5 min a pé da Notre Dame). Quarto e banheiros espaçosos, boa cana e bons travesseiros. Funcionários muito atenciosos e dispostos a ajudar. Destaque para o Eric, que nos deu sugestões de restaurantes e programas, sempre muito educado. Infelizmente, tivemos problemas, todas as noites, com barulho. Não consegui identificar se eram de outros quartos ou da rua... Parecia som de arrumação de quarto no meio da noite. Outro Ponto negativo: internet. Funcionava apenas no hall. Informamos na recepção o problema e eles falaram que sempre funcionou nos quartos, mas não resolveram nosso problema. No entanto, em nossa segunda estadia (retornamos ao hotel após 15 dias), lembraram das nossas queixas e, para nos agradar, nos colocaram em um quarto de categoria superior ao que pagamos e com internet um pouco melhor. Achei muito gentil a atitude e a possibilidade do late check out(14h) gratuito.

1.我們選訂的是3晚二間雙人雙床房,,check-in時被告知只有單張雙人床,好說歹說下才勉強提供其中1房間為雙床房,對於一行4人出差的我們造成極大困擾。 2. 酒店費用早在入住前五天已全數預付,但退房後仍才發現銀行接連2天各200多歐元的酒店刷卡通知,莫名奇妙,現先凍結該卡處理中。

Great location, but awful noise from the streets

Pros: Location
Cons: Double-pane windows, hot coffee at breakfast (it was often tepid)
Location: Close to metro, many restaurants & museums
Hard to sleep. Need thicker windows, more lights in the rooms
