Amazing View and Location

Traveled with my husband and 2 children, 5 and 8 years old. The view of the Eifel Tower is breathtaking and you are within walking distance of many cafes and excursions. The owner was so kind as to let us check in early too as our flight arrived in the morning. The check in process was very easy and it was so handy to have a washer and dryer! The apartment was spacious and perfect for families!

Amazing Apartment

All was perfect in this apartment. Every amenity you could need. Bernard was great and gave details about appliances etc. Never got tired of the view!!

Exceeded expectations

The photos of this property don’t do it justice. There is ample space, a fully stocked kitchen and the views are breathtaking. Philippe was very responsive and accommodating to changes in our arrival time. Thank you for a spectacular visit.

Perfect Eiffel Tower views

Our stay in Paris was delightful especially because of this lovely stay. The host was so attentive and thought of everything. We were delighted to enjoy a bottle of Rosé and madelines upon arrival. Bernard made sure we were oriented and had everything we needed. The view of the tower at night is absolutely spectacular! Wonderful stay and great host. We would surely stay there again.

Great location

If your are coming to Paris then consider this flat for your vacation. Great location and very close to bakery, restaurants, and grocery stores. Easy to get around the city. Recommend downloading the Citymapper app. Bernard showed us how to use everything and was a great host. Thanks Bernard!!!

Paris done right

Amazing view of the tower, great location. Coffee/pastry place just down the street, wine store just down the street, amazing restaurants just steps away, close to metro, convenient for Uber. Clean place, amazing hosts, place has everything you need, including laundry! Lots of space, seating, dining, patios and AC. Would definitely book again. Owner/host was great, along with the property manager who showed us everything and remained in contact throughout our stay. English and French languages spoken.

Wonderful first time stay in Paris

It was the ideal place for my family's first visit to Paris. Just a block away from the Eiffel tower, it made for a memorable first experience of Paris. And the view every night was amazing. The place was perfect for my family of three - clean, well-appointed, close to attractions, metro and food options. Henry the owner was very responsive and Bernard who checked us in was friendly and super-helpful with tips and responding to questions about the place. Bernard was also very helpful when I forgot one last item in the place after I checked out and he came to the apartment to let me back in as soon as he could.

Spectacular!

This apartment was wonderful and had an absolutely spectacular view. The view was actually even better than the pictures! The size of the apartment was perfect for 4 adults and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was great. Bernard was very nice. He met us when we checked in, going over everything in detail about the apartment. And he was very helpful and responded right away when we had a question during our stay. We would most definitely stay here again.

Host cancelled on us last minute :(

When I reached out to the host of the day of travel to get check in instructions, he informed me that he had double booked, and he did not have a place for us to stay. He then stopped responding to my messages, questions, and requests for refund. I booked this place six months in advance and would expect him to let us know that he had double booked prior to the day of travel. Also would have expected him to respond to messages and immediately offer a refund and/or help finding another place. VRBO did refund us the money and the agent I talk to from VRBO was very apologetic and kind.

Amazing!

This apartment was delightful! Has everything you need for a wonderful stay but the best part is the view of the Eiffel Tower!! Oh my! Every evening we'd check the time and wait for it to sparkle, every hour on the hour. What a sight! It's near the metro which we finally mastered, great restaurants nearby, and many sights and sounds of the beautiful city of Paris. The apartment had comfortable beds, the washer and dryer were a great plus and plenty of room for 4 adults. We made some great memories with our friends here at this amazing apartment. Thank you Bernard, Phillippe and Henry!

As Advertised!

This property will be impossible to top. A modern building with views of the French apartment blocks all around it. Full Kitchen, two bathrooms that were great as one was an on suite. Balconies! on. On both sides, with a quiet garden view on one side and of course the Eiffel Tower view is as promised! The washer and dryer are a god send when traveling as a family. The subway is right there! The train to Versailles is right there! Museums are either a scenic River walk away or three stops on the metro. Great restaurants steps away and a responsive owner. They even gifted us a bottle of wine as a welcome. Quiet courtyard behind to mediate with actual ducks : ) Enjoy! Morgan & Family!

Unbelievable!!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We went to Paris for my daughter’s birthday and she was so happy when she saw the view from the balcony. The Eiffel Tower is right in your face! The apartment had everything that we needed. Hot water, full kitchen, washer /dryer, wifi, cable tv, toiletries, the works! We were within a one minute walk to restaurants, groceries, and tour buses. Metro station is about a 3 minute walk. The location can’t be beat. It is a very safe area. Henry was very helpful with logistics while Bernard went far and beyond to make sure that we knew everything about the apartment as well as it’s surroundings. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Paris!

THE BEST VIEWS OF EIFFEL TOWER

I can’t express how amazing this vacation rental was. It had the best view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony and the location to get Ubers/ Taxis was very convenient. The host through the booking was very communicative from the start. Then Bernard met and showed us how to find/ work everything in the flat. He went above and beyond to give us recommendations and had everything setup ready to go. He was super friendly and spoke perfect english as well! The house was just as pictured. Very comfortable for 3 adults. The keys were a bit tricky to open/ lock the doors at first, but we got the hang of it. We loved having a washer and a drying rack. We only used the dryer to fluff and dewrinkle clothing. The elevator was extremely helpful and easy to use. Quiet neighborhood for the most part with some fun restaurants, small grocery store, and was a 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay at this flat again and highly advise to book it if available!

Amazing!

Magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower anytime of the day. The view of the lighted Eiffel Tower every night was spectacular. Bernard was nice and explained details about the apartment. Great location and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, bakery. I would definitely stay at this place again.

As amazing as the photos look

The apartment was just as pictured. The balcony has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower to enjoy anytime of the day. Great location for restaurants, grocery, and metro. The hosts were great communicating before during and when we were leaving. Highly recommend!

Exceptional View, Lovely Flat

Our family loved our stay at this flat! The flat has a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower - no zoom is needed on the pictures! The evening Eiffel Tower light shows from the balcony were a family favorite. Bernard met us at the flat at the time of our arrival and explained every aspect of the flat to perfection. The location is outstanding - it's easy to get to all of central Paris. Communication with the host was great. We recommend this flat most highly.

Réservation annulée le jour même !!

La réservation a été annulée le jour même. Elle m'avait tout d'abord été confirmée par le propriétaire quelques jours avant. Ne recevant pas d'instructions pour accéder au logement, j'ai envoyé plusieurs messasages au propriétaire via l'application Abritel. Ils sont restés sans réponse. J'ai également essayé le téléphone indiqué sur le site. Sans succès. J'ai finalement appelé le numéro d'aide indiqué sur le site. Tout s'est alors passé en anglais. Pas super pratique. Ils ont réussi à joindre le propriétaire qui leur a indiqué qu'il allait m'envoyer un message avec les instructions. A la place, j'ai reçu un message d'annulation. J'ai alors appelé le propriétaire avec le numéro de téléphone communiqué par le service d'aide. Le propriétaire m'a alors indiqué que l'appartement etait déjà occupé et qu'il avait dû me rembourser. Très mauvaise expérience. Surprise que je voulais faire à ma compagne gâché. Impossible de trouver une solution alternative à la dernière minute Très très décu !

Exceptional views of the Eiffel Tower, better than the pictures, great location, apartment was very clean, grocery store was very close. Bernard was an amazing host and gave exceptional service and explained in detail how to use everything. Owner was readily available for questions.
