Modern studio apartment, located in the 7th, for up to 3 adults, or two adults and 2 children on the sleeper sofa
The studio is bright and private and overlooks a private courtyard for easy access.
The bed can accomodate two guests, the sleeper sofa can accomodate 1 adult or two small children .
Please note that the bathrsoom has a shower, sink area and toilet and is located in the hidden door behind the kitchen.
The studio is also equipped with a television and high speed internet.
The building is under video surveillance and has a 24/7 security guard to ensure the safety of the premises and prevent any illegal activities.

Really enjoyed being right in the heart of Paris. Easy check-in experience. Location was very quiet yet step out of the door and you are in the heart of Paris an easy walk to the Siene and many museums

We have communicated with the property owners who were very approachable. The apartment has some issues that could be easily rectified and the owners have indicated a willingness to do this. Suitable for 2 not 4 adults. Very good in general and we would ask to stay there again if issues fixed.

The location could not be more perfect. That being said- the price truly reflects the status of the apartment. They gave us the wrong codes initially and then could not give us the correct ones when I called causing a huge delay in getting in after a long travel. We asked several times for more towels and they said they would deliver but they did not. The shower leaks and fills up with water while inside. It also smells like mold throughout the place. It was a VERY tight squeeze for 4 people, however it fits for the price.

Unfortunately, our stay here was far from ideal. Firstly, the place is tiny where the bathroom is literally in the closet. The heaters are pretty old as well and barely work. Though the biggest issue we had was with the shower. The shower drain was completely clogged and the shower took close to 15 mins to drain. We contacted the owner/manager the same day and sent several messages. While the reply was cordial and apologetic, they did not try even once to resolve the issue in any way. This clogged drain also meant that the whole bathroom Had a lingering stink and the other drains (including the kitchen sink drain) made weird noises throughout the night. Not a pleasant stay at all.

Studio bonne localisation. Le lieu est calme, la literie est propre. Ce studio ne peut pas accommoder 4 personnes, 2 au maximum. Considérez de prendre tous les repas à l'extérieur. Le studio dans son état actuel n'est sanitairement pas acceptable. Beaucoup de moisissures sur l'encadrement des fenêtres, la salle de bain a besoin de réfection etc....De nombreuses réparations sont nécessaires.
