The master bedroom, quiet and bright, has a large double bed with built-in storage to optimize space.

The open, modern, and fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils to cook easily. The modern bathroom, with a spacious shower, adds a touch of comfort and elegance to the whole.

Our apartment is ideally located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, a neighborhood that is both quiet and dynamic. You will find many shops, cafes, restaurants, and local markets in the immediate vicinity, to fully enjoy authentic Parisian life. You are a few metro stops from the main tourist sites, such as the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, or the Champs-Élysées.

The neighborhood also offers easy access to public transportation, to explore Paris with ease. From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau, then change to metro line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and get off at Pasteur. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the station.

From Orly airport (ORY): Take subway line 14 to Bercy, then change to line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and get off at Pasteur. The apartment is 5 minutes walk. Public transport: Pasteur metro station (line 6) is in the immediate vicinity, as is line 4 in Montparnasse, accessible in 10 minutes on foot.

Taxi and ridesharing: Thanks to its central location, the apartment is easily accessible by taxi or carpool, making it easy to get around Paris and its surroundings. Other transportation options: The neighborhood has an extensive bus network, offering you many solutions to discover Paris at your own pace.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is done with a receptionist who will be happy to welcome you and show you the apartment. You can drop off your bags before the official check-in time, from 11:00 a.m., subject to availability.

For late arrivals: Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., a surcharge will be requested via the platform. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, an amount of 30 will be requested via the platform. After midnight, a surcharge of 10 per hour will be applied.

Services included: Towels and bed linen are provided for optimal comfort. Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to guarantee you a clean and welcoming space. High-speed WiFi internet access for the duration of your stay.

Additional services not included: We can provide you with a baby cot and highchair on request (notify 72 hours in advance and a supplement of 15 will be applied for the baby cot.) Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.

HOUSE RULES: Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. with a receptionist. If check-in is after 8 p.m., a supplement of 20 in cash will be requested upon arrival, and this supplement will increase to 30 from 10 p.m. A surcharge of 50 will be requested if you leave the apartment after the authorized time. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment or leaving cigarette butts inside. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 150 to 300 will be required. If you need an extra key, an extra 20 will be requested. A security deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key. In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from 100 to 500, depending on the type of key. We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the security deposit may be charged.
