Great friendly place for the family
Excellent service. Super friendly and helpful staff. Suggested places at which to eat and sights to see. Very clean with extras included at no extra charge! I suggest it to everyone. I’ll be back.

Not 4 stars, not even a 3 stars..more like 2 stars
Very friendly staff but very understaffed hence provided in accurate or incomplete information. No services of what you expect in a 3 star even a 4 star hotel. Very dated from 5op to bottom. Wouldn't stay again.

Smoking smell
The receptionist was very kind, and hospitable, friendly!! The room was good, but even if it was no-smoking room, ithe strong smell for smoking remains inside, and corridor. That was a little pity.

Good for visitors to Trousseau Hospital
The stay was good and comfortable bedding, clean room. The inside lock for the washroom was missing/removed. AC/Heater was not working. Too expensive for the facilities offered and defnitely not 4-star even by european standards. The best option for an overnight stay for people visiting the Trousseau Hospital.

About 10-minute wall from nearest metro station, in a quiet neighborhood, so not much around. The room is very small, there is shower but no bath tub, which is fine with me as I don’t tub anyway.

Rude staff! Told normal ppl don’t get water on fl
Let’s start with I have 2 rooms booked on this stay. One room has a shower and the other has a tub/shower.There is no shower curtain and it has a waterfall shower head. Upon seeing this asked if I could get another room with just a shower because I already knew what was going to happen.So I am told there are 2 other rooms avail but wasn’t told where but the manager had to check to see if they had showers. When he returns he says there is only 1 and it’s on the 6th fl. When I decline because it is 5 floors away from my kids and there is only one tiny elevator he gets annoyed, sucks his teeth and nasty from that point forward. After a shower and water is all over the floor I’m told now towels for that. Now the elevator, it’s super tiny and the cleaning staff is riding it with guest and all of their cleaning supplies, they even hold the door open while they are loading the supplies and you wait rather than let it go because customers are on it. Now this key nonsense! There is one key per room with a round magnet on it. You are only allowed this ONE key and you have to leave it a the front desk every time you go out. There are no ice machines or fridges and if you want ice you have to get it from the front desk person who goes from giving out keys and touching money to pulling ice cube, with his bare unwashed hands, from a silicone red tray out of the “bar” fridge, that he refills with tap water. Usually the Best Western chain is better than this. BEST WESTERN needs to fix this.

Our recent stay here was pleasant and quite and nothing to complain about up until the night before our check out when we realized my brothers laptop had been stolen from our room. We notified the front desk and the attendant just made us feel like we were making the whole thing up. There are no security cameras in the corridors and we didn’t ask for room service since we were only staying 3 night so there was no sign of anyone ever being in our room besides us. The attendant told us they planned to call other attendants who were on duty and would call up to our room with any information but never received a call. Upon checking out the following morning we were just told that there was not much they could do and filing a police report would be almost useless. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is located at a nice neighborhood with stores and restaurants. All thought hotel is not located close to most sightseeing’s, its not hard to have access to transportation. This review would have been nice if, only if, our money hasn’t disappeared from inside of our room. Important detail on this situation, is the fact that the room key must stay at the front desk once we leave the room. Once we took the matter to the staff, they were not very receptive, asking us if were sure and saying there was no way that would have happened because there is only one door at the hotel. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

At the height of the heat wave, it is a great relief to check into a hotel in Paris and find that it has air conditioning! Yes, this one does! Welcoming and cordial staff. Clean rooms.

The bathroom design needs improvement.
we booked 2 rooms, one bathroom has work in shower, but the basin is very shallow thus water come off the basin during shower. The bathroom in the other room, the glass that is supposed to stop shower water coming off the bathtub has a huge gap ; thus, water kept coming off the bathtub. We raised the issue through the housekeeping ladies. She took immediate action and got authorisation from the front desk to provide us with more towels . This hotel does not provide hand soup which is quite unusual; we had been to use the bath gel to wash our hands every time we use the washroom. On the website and confirmation , it stated that bottle water would be supplied but we never had received any bottle water.

Hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Pipcus metro
We had a great stay in the hotel with very friendly accommodating staff. The hotel was situated across the road from a supermarket which was a great advantage with two young boys.

This place it only 2⭐️Not 4 do not let them trick you by the picture. The front fest girl was not honest only the mid age gentlemen & the manager these 2 person are very helpful after we complain the room was supper dirty the carpet was super dirty, dust and spider web in the cabinet, sheet after you wake up you find out very itchy in the skin was because all the sheet not clean. For Traveller please do not trust online picture in Paris you should paid for the 5⭐️With the price high other wise you will regret. Do not parking with the hotel it very scary in dark in the basement it like hunted house, the space very small hard to get in n out. Please do not wast money on here the price is not worth it

Nice clean hotel in a residential area.
Not in a tourist location but they are many shop around. As expected in Paris, room was a bit on the small side. But layout was good. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet. Did not try the breakfast as I enjoyed the many bakeries and coffee shops around. TV on the room was very good. Wifi was free and pretty fast. However the "proxy" to access the internet was disconnecting very quickly: I had to signed up many times as even a very short lock screen was enough to get disconnected from the internet.
