With views to the Eiffel Tower, this 2 bedroom apartment offers classical style and space for up to 5 guests. With the Luxembourg Gardens and Montparnasse tower on the doorstep.

Take the elevator to the 1st floor of the building, to the entrance of this apartment. There is a large entrance hall, with the kitchen on the left, along the corridor.

KITCHEN
The kitchen offers high ceilings, contemporary fittings and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine.

STUDY
The study is elegant in style, with a desk and chair by the window. The room comprises a large bookcase, television and a comfortable sofa. The sofa can be converted into a double sofa bed, to sleep 1 guest if required.

WC
There is a WC and basin for convenience.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is spacious, complete with original cornicing and a chandelier in the centre. The seating comprises a sofa and several armchairs, with a central coffee table and fireplace beside. The room is decorated with art, sculptures and lamps.

DINING ROOM
The dining room offers the perfect place to enjoy dinner with family or friends. There is a chandelier above the table and chairs, with art, books and a unique fireplace completing the elegant aesthetic.

FIRST BEDROOM
The first bedroom is access through the dining area and along a small corridor. The room comprises two single beds next to each other. There is also a desk with chair, a bookcase and a wardrobe for storage. The room has a lovely aspect from the window too.

BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a bath, overhead shower and a basin.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom includes a double bed in the centre, with wardrobes opposite. The room offer ample space, with French doors opening to a Juliette balcony. The room also offers full length mirrors, art on the walls and a small bureau.

Amazing authentic Parisian experience

This was a beautifully decorated property, full of charm and character, with lovely views of typical Paris streetscape and a nice, peaceful courtyard. Highly recommended!

Great area!

It was brilliant - communication before and during the stay was always prompt. The check in process was smooth and even though I was late (on the day of the Paris metro strike!) the greeter Baptiste was very friendly and explained the property with great detail and courtesy. The property itself was lovely and we will have very fond memories of it in times to come!
