9.2/10 Wonderful! (149 reviews)
Nice hotel. Very attentive staff. Good rooms. Lady who spoke good English helped me a lot, not only with the hotel business, but also around the hotel. Unfortunately I did not get her name. Overall great place if you are looking for nice scenery, a lot of place to wonder around and absolutely great food in the hotel restaurant which is a great attraction by itself.

7.8/10 Good! (227 reviews)
Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

"Bonne superficie de chambre avec cuisine complète. Nous avions avisé que nous serions deux, mais il n'y avait des serviettes que pour une seule personne ! Comme il n'y avait pas de téléphone dans la chambre, ma soeur a dû retourner à la réception pour obtenir des serviettes supplémentaires. Comme ..."
