Let's be fair, the hotel is old and some of the carpets are a little tired; but it's very clean, the staff are excellent, the location is good and the pricing very reasonable. Breakfast was first class.

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived.
Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them.
Staff was nice and we felt welcomed.
Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

We had difficulty finding the property, but I think that was the fault of our GPS. It directed us to an area where we could not drive, and I had to find an underground parking and leave the car and walk. However, when I found it, it was on a street which was drivable.
