Quiet location.Perfect small flat. 🙁 Poor start to our holiday. No bath towels. Dirty linen in one of the cupboards. Bed sheets had not been changed & found a man's underwear in the bed. We made multiple calls (in our case all International calls) to the Agency and to the local 'host' - no responses. Finally managed to reach a 'concierge' who brought bath towels and removed all the dirty linen just over 24 hours later and apologised for the problems we experienced.
