l'Hotel n applique pas les lois des réservations

nous avons voulu annuler 5 nuits car pas d'eau chaude et cet hôtel détient une boîte de nuit de plus il est situé à coté d'un autre hôtel équipé d'une boite de nuit...., ainsi je ne le recommande pas à des familles. Ils nous ont fait payer en espèces et n'ont pas voulu annuler notre réservation et nous rembourser.

Chambre trop vielle et bruyant

Les employés sont sympa, mais l'hôtel est bruyant , pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre, chambre très vielle....et beaucoup de bruit .
