Welcome to Villa Penelope – Your Home Away from Home in Sunny Protaras!



Tucked away in the beautiful coastal town of Protaras, Villa Penelope is a charming Cypriot-style holiday retreat perfect for families and friends looking to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. This well-equipped three-bedroom villa offers privacy, comfort, and everything you need for a memorable getaway.



Just a short 600-meter stroll takes you to the nearest beach, and all local shops, restaurants, and amenities are within easy walking distance – no need for a car!



Step outside and you'll find a lush, mature garden surrounding a sparkling 12-meter swimming pool. Lounge on the sunbeds, enjoy outdoor meals under the covered pergola with a BBQ area, or simply unwind in the shaded seating and dining space – ideal for warm evenings and lazy afternoons.



Inside, the villa features a spacious open-plan layout on the ground floor. The living area is cozy and comfortable, with a large flat-screen TV, international satellite channels, and free WiFi throughout the house. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.



The dining area seats six, making it perfect for shared meals and good conversations. Large patio doors open directly to the garden, blending indoor and outdoor living beautifully.



Upstairs, you’ll find three inviting bedrooms: a master double with an en-suite bathroom and private balcony, a second double bedroom, and a third with two single beds – all with ample storage and thoughtful touches. There's also a shared family bathroom for your convenience.

Fantastic return stay

After having a wonderful stay earlier on in the year we returned in October. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious outside area is great with a large pool.

Outside area was huge, very pretty and had everything we needed. Pool a great size and able to easily walk into town, shopsea. Car is useful to get to supermarket Bathrooms are dated with main shower overflowing due to long shower curtain. However, not a deal breaker. Property fantastic for price

Very nice villa. Excellent location to the beach about 350 meters. Clean neat house, with all amenities, dishes, appliances. Clean excellent pool. Lots of flowers, which is very nice. Relaxing would definitely stay here again. Family of cats living close by got a visit most nights.

The pool was fantastic and the pool area very comfortable and pretty with all the flowers. Don’t be deceived by the bbq it was brilliant. Has its own electric rotisserie. The service from Lamer Homes was very good. We would book with them again. The villa could do with a little TLC on the inside, however it didn’t effect the lovely stay we had.

The villa is well situated in a great location. Outdoor areas are excellent and well maintained. Inside is well proportioned and has most things anyone would need. It took us 20 minutes to take a slow walk to Protaras strip and just 5 minutes to the Sea. Overall a nice Villa.

Had a fantastic relaxing holiday at villa Penelope. We didn’t spend much time inside the villa, with the weather, pool and pretty garden. Only a short walk to the beach and easy walk to fig tree bay. Highly recommended accommodation inside and out

Tired and in need of some TLC

First thing I have to say about the villa, is the location is very good. 15 minute easy walk to the main strip in Fig Tree Bay, with plenty of really nice restaurants and bars.The villa was very clean and tidy.However, the photos paint a much better picture of the condition of the property than it actually is. It is very tired, with dated and unmatching furniture. A fair amount of water damage throughout. The pool area is in need attention. The pool liner is faded, breaking away from the side at the top, and has a pretty severe discolouration around the water line. The rattan furntinure is good, but the cushions have seen better days. There's also some random furniture in the pool area, which is just plain weird.WiFi is good, as is the TV service. The villa does have all the equipment you need in the kitchen.In summary, whilst the location is good, the villa is too tired and dated for us to return.

The perfect holiday, swimming with turtles

Peacefull accomodation, perfect for families, very close to the see and with two lovely beaches on each side, one on the right (5 minutes' walk), one on the left of the little jetty (7/8 minutes' walk). The villa is vey nice, with every equipment you may need and a pleasant furnished patio the pool offers a good place to rest and have fun. We've loved everything: in every swim in the sea we saw turtles and several fishes.

A pleasant first experience living in a villa

I like location and peaceful area, house wasnt new but I noticed that from pictures, it was clean and pool was great and it was also kept clean. Very excellent service for your company! Only comes to mind when the previous residents leave, that the air conditioning and everything else in the villa works

Wouldn’t recommend.

It was just ok. Very dated. We have stayed in lots of villas and this is hands down the worst. Tv didn’t get a decent signal so was impossible t watch most of the time. There were no beach chairs and beach umbrella to borrow. We have always had these in every other villa we have stayed in all around the world. The sun lingers were uncomfortable and burned your skin when they got hot.
