There are many restaurants, pubs in the area. A bus stop is near by, from where you can go to the centre of Protaras or to Paralimni or Ayia Napa. For children there is water park just cross the road and play grounds in many cafes and restaurants. There is a path along the sea towards the centre of Protaras, it will take you only 10-15 min walking. This is the favourite place of walking for tourists and for locals.
There is an allowance of electricity which is included in price, 250 kw per week, the over consumption should be paid extra according the reading of the metre. For long stayers there is a discount on price
