Saint Nicholas is a 2-bedroom villa is located in the popular resort town of Pernera in a secure gated residence community just minutes away from some of the island's most beautiful sandy beaches and all amenities from restaurants to traditional cafes, bars and markets.

This modern villa with private pool is brand new and has been fully finished with modern luxuries and stylish accents. It features a pressurized water system, air-conditioning, free wifi internet and private parking.

Enjoy the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and large windows. 

On the first floor you will find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area with large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool and terrace. The pool area includes 4 sunbeds and a full dining set . Comfortably furnished living room with large TV. A large sofa in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. Also, on this floor you will find a guest W.C.

On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom consist of shower and toilet. Two extra beds can be added in these two bedrooms.

Large group: We offer a total of 4 villas in this same complex that makes it the perfect choice for large group up to 42 guests. Please contact us for more.

• The two single beds that can be connected to become a king-size bed (on request).

• Kids toys, trampoline and other games are on request and can be removed for adults only guests.
